I called at 10 am to make an appointment to have a technician come out and look at my garage door opener, as it was not working correctly. Ahmad Perkins arrived at 1:30 pm. He diagnosed the problem and corrected it. I inquired about a new garage door opener being installed because mine was 13 years old. I decided to have Ahmad put in a Genie 2128 right then and there, as he had one in his truck. By 3:30 pm, Ahmad had the new opener installed. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the opener. He explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

You came when I had my appointment and the work was completed in about an hour. But, I am deeply disappointed in your company because I was over shocked to see the price just for a spring repair. I pretty close to bankrupt just to pay for this repair and I only get a limited lifetime warranty. I feel that you have priced your company out of the market because they are so high. I will not refer anyone to your company if I can avoid it because of your prices. I hope that I do not need your service again. Thank you.

I thought they did a very good job. I was unhappy with the price but I doubt this is Precision's fault, entirely. We had a broken spring and got 1/2 off the second spring, but they also replaced rollers and cables on the advice of the technician. this added about 500.00 dollars to the job. I am not sure we really needed that but the technician was convincing.

I have used Precision for years. The live operator July 4 was nice and understanding even though I was panicking. She deserves an atta-girl! Colin replaced my opener. He arrived early, he quickly replaced the garage opener, showed me how to do everything and took care of some of the setup himself. I appreciate that he did that for me.

The service provided by Ahmed was excellent. Unfortunately I was on information overload & so I had a question today & called to ask a clarification on where the “learn” button was on the receiver. I was told I could not talk to a tech on the phone but would have to make another appt for someone to come out? Another trip charge? The response I got again was I couldn’t talk to a tech on the phone. I don’t feel that is good customer service.

We were able to schedule an appointment for shortly after I called. Matthew arrived on time and was very nice and professional. He installed a garage door opener we had purchased on our own in about an hour and was very careful to explain a few of the unique things about the opener we had chosen. When he was done he took the old opener and all the garbage from the new box with him and everything is working perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone who would ask. Wonderful job and the price I paid was what I was quoted over the phone with no hidden unexpected charges. Awesome!

The representative that came out to fix my garage foor was a young man by the name of Jacob. Jacob was very knowledgeable and educated me on how you should spray your rollers at least twice a year so they stay lubricated. I was never advised to do that. He was professional and provide great customer service, along with fixing my garage in a time fashion.

Jacob arrived promptly at our designated time frame. he called before arriving and a picture of him was included in the text. He was knowledgeable and efficient in assessing and fixing the servicing of our garage door and opener. It works very well now. we recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door company Thank you Jacob We were able to get an appointment within 2 days of calling. The only discrepancy was we were quoted a different price for the service call when I called to schedule the appointment $15.less) than what we were charged at the time of the visit.

Overall had a good experience. Sales person giving the quote was very respectful and up front. In the end I decided to go with a different company due to a major cost difference. The company I went with was Just Pro Garage Doors as they gave me 2 new tripple layer steel backed insulated garage doors (r value 11) with new lift master WiFi openers while also taking care of a couple other things (installing new 2x4’s and 2x8’s for the torsion spring conversion) and they were able to do all of that for $3,500 cash. The big things that put me off were the cost of your garage doors ($1,600-1,700) for a fairly basic model with a lifetime warranty. And then the individual lifts were priced at $500+ which is over $200 more than I can go to the store and buy them or order them online. The last thing was there was a charge for angle iron that was 60-90 per door and again, I can go to the store and purchase it for significantly cheaper. Overall I had a good experience but I felt the price was inflated about $1,000 too much.
