My neighbor recommended your company to repair our garage door and I was happy she did, as the serviceman was very courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the problem within a very short timeframe. The door now operates smoother than it ever has. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again when needed.

The young man who came to my house called ahead as he said he would when we made the appointment. We were told the appointment would be in the 8-12 window, and he called about 8:15. He was pleasant and courteous, and gave me several options for the level of repair. It was all over very quickly and cleanly.

I've just moved back to Milwaukee and was very concerned about a 47 year old iffy garage door opening system. Sears brand, by the way (that' s a bit of a wow durable product). I contacted Precision based on a quick Google search. A very professional and swift reply occurred to where I could get same day estimate and all work done. Not bad. Service tech was very fine and a fine communicator, also in terms of his ETA. I was given three levels of equipment features and a reasonable price for my selection. When I discovered the price included not only the machine but the rails and a long overdue safety upgrade, I believe the price was very fine and the service was beyond my expectation. I highly recommend the company and the service tech Eric N. I've been in Retail and the Restaurant businesses for a very long time. Just getting quotes on a replacement garage door. Scott came and was very professional. He was vocal on what he was looking for and taking pictures of to get a better understanding of what would be needed. He had recommendations on what would be in my best interest. I’m very happy with new opener and the WiFi option plus the outside keypad. Estimator did a great job reviewing my situation and gave me options. Quality of work 5stars and fitting me in quickly 5stars. There was a late change in the actual contractor on the day of the work (happens) and he arrived later than expected. But he still got everything completed before my return home. They billed me in two installments which gave me a week to go over the new work (if there were any issues). There were none. Installer then came by later to go over any final questions before sending me final invoice.

Service was good and fast, however it is hard to get in contact with company after work is completed. When you wait on hold the sales song playing in background is annoying as can be, makes you want to hang up just to get rid of the song. Web site does not have contact email? I still need a lien waiver from the company so I can sell my house in the near future?

We have used Precision several times. Always get great service. Technicians have been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Had the door inspected. The tech pointed out possible future problems with rollers and end bearings. Had them replaced and purchased two keypads as well.The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Keep up the good work!
