We had hired a handy man to install a garage door opener we had purchased at a store. He ended up leaving when it was half way done and didn't come back! We decided to call Precision Garage Door Service from the good reviews we found online. We were very impressed with how quickly they got us on the schedule (2 days). They then sent an email to verify the date/time along with a text. The day before they sent these again as a reminder. The day of, we received a call a couple hours before our scheduled time from the technician saying he could come over early if we wanted. We then received a text with his name (Colin) and picture so we knew who to expect. He quickly identified what was needed to be done and gave us the cost. He got to work and within an hour he was done. He also let us know that if we ever need to install another opener that was purchased at a store that we just need to call them-you don't need to buy the openers from them and they would have provided a couple upgrades from what is purchased in a box from the store. Very pleased with his work, attitude and efficiency! We will definitely call them back if we ever need any more garage door work done.

Our service guy, Colin, was a litle early (pleasantly surprised!) He explained exactly what needed to be done and was done quickly, no trying to upsell extra fixes that weren't needed. We would recommend Precision Door and they will/would get any future calls from us.

I was told that I would have someone out to the house between 8 and noon. At 7:50 I got a call from Ahmad that he would be to my house shortly. He arrived at about 8:10, assessed the job, after reveiwing the options he advised it would take about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later my garage door was fixed and operational. My expectations were definitely exceeded. The service tech was respectful, knowledgeable, and just a great person. Thank you for the great service!

The Actual Scheduled Appointment itself took to long, about 5.5 hours.{ 8:00- 1:30pm}. When the Technician finally came, he was very polite. He did a very good job, within reasonable time. Overall i was satisfied with the work that he did.

I had a cable brake the night before and called first thing in the morning they were able send someone the same day. The young man was polite and knowledgeable. He replaced the cables and rollers. i have been thinking about replacing the opener for awhile now. Since having one on the truck he was able to install it. Same day service and a new opener who could ask for more.

I called at 10 am to make an appointment to have a technician come out and look at my garage door opener, as it was not working correctly. Ahmad Perkins arrived at 1:30 pm. He diagnosed the problem and corrected it. I inquired about a new garage door opener being installed because mine was 13 years old. I decided to have Ahmad put in a Genie 2128 right then and there, as he had one in his truck. By 3:30 pm, Ahmad had the new opener installed. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the opener. He explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

You came when I had my appointment and the work was completed in about an hour. But, I am deeply disappointed in your company because I was over shocked to see the price just for a spring repair. I pretty close to bankrupt just to pay for this repair and I only get a limited lifetime warranty. I feel that you have priced your company out of the market because they are so high. I will not refer anyone to your company if I can avoid it because of your prices. I hope that I do not need your service again. Thank you.

I thought they did a very good job. I was unhappy with the price but I doubt this is Precision's fault, entirely. We had a broken spring and got 1/2 off the second spring, but they also replaced rollers and cables on the advice of the technician. this added about 500.00 dollars to the job. I am not sure we really needed that but the technician was convincing.

I have used Precision for years. The live operator July 4 was nice and understanding even though I was panicking. She deserves an atta-girl! Colin replaced my opener. He arrived early, he quickly replaced the garage opener, showed me how to do everything and took care of some of the setup himself. I appreciate that he did that for me.

The service provided by Ahmed was excellent. Unfortunately I was on information overload & so I had a question today & called to ask a clarification on where the “learn” button was on the receiver. I was told I could not talk to a tech on the phone but would have to make another appt for someone to come out? Another trip charge? The response I got again was I couldn’t talk to a tech on the phone. I don’t feel that is good customer service.
