The representative that came out to fix my garage foor was a young man by the name of Jacob. Jacob was very knowledgeable and educated me on how you should spray your rollers at least twice a year so they stay lubricated. I was never advised to do that. He was professional and provide great customer service, along with fixing my garage in a time fashion.

Jacob arrived promptly at our designated time frame. he called before arriving and a picture of him was included in the text. He was knowledgeable and efficient in assessing and fixing the servicing of our garage door and opener. It works very well now. we recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door company Thank you Jacob We were able to get an appointment within 2 days of calling. The only discrepancy was we were quoted a different price for the service call when I called to schedule the appointment $15.less) than what we were charged at the time of the visit.

Overall had a good experience. Sales person giving the quote was very respectful and up front. In the end I decided to go with a different company due to a major cost difference. The company I went with was Just Pro Garage Doors as they gave me 2 new tripple layer steel backed insulated garage doors (r value 11) with new lift master WiFi openers while also taking care of a couple other things (installing new 2x4’s and 2x8’s for the torsion spring conversion) and they were able to do all of that for $3,500 cash. The big things that put me off were the cost of your garage doors ($1,600-1,700) for a fairly basic model with a lifetime warranty. And then the individual lifts were priced at $500+ which is over $200 more than I can go to the store and buy them or order them online. The last thing was there was a charge for angle iron that was 60-90 per door and again, I can go to the store and purchase it for significantly cheaper. Overall I had a good experience but I felt the price was inflated about $1,000 too much.

Let me start by saying that your technician was timely, professional and appeared to have our best interest in hand. After acknowledging that the particular equipment at or facility was more on the commercial garage door side and that your group typically does not work on this type of equipment he agreed to try and trouble shoot and make a referral to the correct service if needed. After reviewing our unit he determined that our problem was a misplaced sensor, made the adjustment and was on his way after testing the unit several times. One of your competitors, who's name is actually affixed to our equipment told me the day before your group arrived that the garage opener was shot and needed replacing which would have cost us $100's more than the service call your group performed, shame on them. Thank you and we will definately use you in the future!

We had a bit of a complex question. We already have a door installed by Precision and are familiar with their service and efficiency which is why we called them again when we wanted to change the garage door after modifying the garage. They’re always straight forward and efficient. Great people to work with. You can trust them and they will do their best for you.

Jason arrived and was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. I've seen several commercials for your business and when our garage door wouldn't open, you were the first business that came to mind. I called and was able to get serviced the same day. Thank you again!

I've used Precision before & I highly recommend them. They respond in a timely manner. Their techs are very nice & very helpful & very experienced. With all the frigid weather, my garage shifted & was causing problems with my opener. The tech found the problem immediately, fixed it & then made sure everything else was lined up properly. Everything is working smoothly again.

I was so impressed Matt didn’t oversell me on something I didn’t need. Belt on the opener had jumped the track, but he was able to correct it by reprogramming the opener. It was a 10 min fix and that was what I was charged for (besides the trip charge). Plus he showed me how to do it and answered the q’s I had re: garage door maintenance. My mum’s used Precision and has always been impressed with and comfortable around all the technicians dispatched to her house. I have no plans to use anyone else.

It took a month of repeated calls & messages before I even got to speak to a sales person. He was great and coordinated with a contractor to reframe my door. I started calling in August and eventually in October I put in my down payment but they refused to schedule the install until the door came in in December. I called repeatedly the first few weeks of December until they finally scheduled the install without coordinating with the contractor claiming they had no idea he was involved even though I'm certain i spoke to the same person multiple times. Finally, they scheduled me less than a week before I was to leave town, the first week of January, then cancelled the day before because it was supposed to snow. After a ton of back & forth they agreed to keep the original time & It rained, go figure. While I'm happy with the work, I was disappointed to find out that I didn't get certain parts I had paid for (they said they'd rectify it but so far I've heard nothing back), all the miscommunication with the office staff stretched the process out over 5 mths. While the install team did decent work and seemed to be nice guys they poorly cleaned up after themselves leaving me with about an hour of cleanup on my own time. Considering that I couldn't even get their competitor Geis to call me back I went with Precision. The 2 highest rated places in town both need better office staff in my opinion.

A friend of mine that is a tool & die maker recommended your company. We've known each other long enough that I value and follow his recommendations. The repair did not take long and Jake was very friendly and personable. He completed the task and reminded me to lubricate the equipment every 6 months.

We had a great experience with Precision Door Service. From the first phone call to the technician that came out. The initial phone call was very professional and she was helpful and understood my urgency. The technician spent a long time working on our garage to make it perfect! He explained everything and gave us different options on how we could fix our issue. From the less expensive to the most. His professionalism and honesty was much appreciated. We will definitely call them when/if we need service again.

First thing I’ll say is that they were prompt. They gave me a time that they would be there and they were. Todd the representative that gave me the estimate was so easy to understand and explanation to me was in great detail, what it would take to have the job done right. Highly recommend them.

I feel like it was merely false advertising over the phone vs when the technician can out. The quote on the phone was $225-350. In person price was $1100-$1900, totally unexpected. My time was wasted and money spent on travel was unnecessarily wasted as well! Very disappointed!
