I feel like it was merely false advertising over the phone vs when the technician can out. The quote on the phone was $225-350. In person price was $1100-$1900, totally unexpected. My time was wasted and money spent on travel was unnecessarily wasted as well! Very disappointed!

Had no issues setting up an appointment in an online chat and the chat person answered all questions that I had. I had Precision come out to fix my garage door. They fixed the door, but it was really expensive. The worker that came was great. Once the work was completed the door worked 2/3rds of the time. I called to have them come back to get the door to work 100% of the time. The second time the worker came back I had already paid for something he never completed. When he was back it was a 10 minute stop which he tried to line up the sensors better. I got charged for this and was irritated by this. I also called and emailed to talk to someone about this. No one ever got back to me. Because of this I will never do business with Precision again.
