I had Precision come out to fix my garage door. They fixed the door, but it was really expensive. The worker that came was great. Once the work was completed the door worked 2/3rds of the time. I called to have them come back to get the door to work 100% of the time. The second time the worker came back I had already paid for something he never completed. When he was back it was a 10 minute stop which he tried to line up the sensors better. I got charged for this and was irritated by this. I also called and emailed to talk to someone about this. No one ever got back to me. Because of this I will never do business with Precision again.

I called precision garage door to set up an appointment the lady on the phone was nice and courteous she gave me an appointment for the same day. The gentleman that came was also nice and knowledgeable he fixed it in less than 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you!!

I had a broken garage door spring, Precision came out and quoted me a price of almost $1,300. wanted to do a total replacement of all wheels, rollers, etc. on a garage door in very good shape. I told them I was going to hire someone else and they lowered their price to $540 to replace the springs. took the guy 15 min and he was out. I had a quote of $400 from another company but they were booked for 2 days so I gave Precision a try. Never again.

I like the fact that your ad says that someone local will answer your call. We were very pleased with our Service Technician, Matthew Berends. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. My garage door's electric eye safety unit was knocked askew. I called yesterday afternoon and got an appointment for today. Stu the repairman was prompt, helpful, efficient, and friendly. He realigned the electruc eye units. He also replaced the wheels in my garage door and lubricated other parts. The door works smoothly and quietly now. He also offered advice if we need service in the future, based on his observations of our garage.
