Felt like I was scammed. When I booked an appointment to have my cables replaced, I asked for an estimate and was told it would be about $90/hour. It wasn't until after the technician came that I found out it would cost $240 for a 45 minute job! Ended up costing me more than 3 times the cost I was told! Layne did a nice job but I'm sure I could have had this work done for a 3rd of the cost.

I called on Wednesday and they were out the next day. The Technician, Tony Green came and practiced safe distancing and safe procedures and did the work while I waited inside. When the work was completed he explained what he did and had me try our door before he left to make sure it was up to my expectations. Thank's Tony and thanks Precision for such a professional job.

One morning I went to open my garage door and it made a horrible noise and got stuck half way. I've never had a problem with a garage door before, so I did some online searching and chose Precision because of its BBB rating. They answered right away and had someone coming out within the hour! The guy who came was knowledgeable, fast, and helpful. I was on my way to work in no time! I was thrilled with the service of Precision!

Precision door had previously installed a new spring mechanism for me and did an excellent job. My door began squealing during closing so I called them back and they came out and adjusted my two top rollers. The young repsirman was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was on time and worked quickly. The door was fixed in no time at all and he was on his way. The door works wonderfully now. This is an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Fast service. I called Precision at 9:45 am, the door was fixed by 1:45 pm the same day. Service person Steve knew his "stuff". Explained what needed to be done, and the price(s). All needed parts were on his truck. The door was fixed and he went through the pricing in detail, gave me an invoice and thanked me. JOB WELL DONE! :-)

From beginning to end, our experience was a prime example of how to take care of your customer. Cameron was helpful during our initial call and Adam was a great technician. He took time to explain the problem, what he would check for on his inspection and what was needed to replace and what he recommended to replace. His workmanship was great and the entire service call was done in less than an hour and a half. At the end he went through how to do quarterly maintenance.
