I googled garage door repair in Milwaukee. Looked through the list and read through Precision Door Service. Located within 5 miles of my home, watched the YouTube video and liked what I saw. Called for estimate on a broken spring. Technician came out between 2-4 pm. Dan & Tony showed up at 2:15-2:30 p.m. Dan assessed my problem and gave me direction. Part was not a standard part that they stock on the truck. The part had to be ordered and they installed it on Aug.5th. I was pleased, satisfied & comfortable with my technician. Dan & Tony. we're pleasant. Good experience. Will refer Precision to others. Thanks.

We called for a spring repair at 4 pm. They were able to work around our schedule and come the next day at 4 pm. They were here on time and very professional. We have two big dogs which didn't phase them one bit. They ended up replacing both springs and provided us with information on other issues we may see in the next couple of years. They were bit pushy at all and got the job done quickly!! We would definitely recommend them and will use them again!!!!

I had a break in and somehow my garage door stopped working. I was worried about the door being open again, and Jason was extremely helpful, patient and innovative in helping me identify the problem and come up with a temporary solution given that there was no power in the garage. Five stars! One of the springs broke on our garage door a couple nights ago. The next day I looked online and found Precision Garage Door Service. There were a lot of positive reviews, so I decided to give them a call. A representative was at my door in about two hours- just as they said they would be. The service person was courteous and professional. He explained a range of options with no hard sell. Work was completed very quickly, cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Last night my garage door was disconnected from the opener because of a shabby job performed by another company who installed the opener and the garage door less than two years ago. Josh came to my door, was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. He summed up the issue and answered all of my questions including information about maintenance of the door. The job was completed in a reasonable timeframe, he summarized all of the work that was requested by me and completed by the technician, He demo'd the repair work and put everything back in place including the door lock on the fence in the back yard next to the garage when the job was completed. I was intrigued by your website and hopeful that you would deliver what it promises, and you did. I talked to a HUMAN BEING this morning who scheduled a technician to come out today between 6 and 8 pm. Josh called me at six on the dot to tell me he was on his way, and when he arrived, he assessed the problem and went to work repairing it. He did a safety scan and found that the brackets were installed improperly on a weird angle that caused the bracket to cut into the axle significantly, a disaster waiting to happen. He gave us several options for correcting the problem if we wanted to do that tonight, outlined the charges, and answered our questions in a direct and forthcoming way. He and Jason went to work and completed the job in a manner that exceeded our expectations. I consider myself lucky (and a little wise) for finding your company and giving you my business. My husband tacked Josh's business card right next to the opener in case we need reliable help in good time. Thank you.
