Rick diagnosed potential causes of broken spring very quickly and thoroughly. He offered solutions, and explained costs now and potential future costs with the scenario(s) and also based on warranties offered. It helped tremendously to make my decision. Then he repaired quickly, explained & showed the work, and gave me tips to maintain the door properly.

A heavy duty operator bracket was suggested but I was told you wouldn't recommend it. Not sure how to get that done. Unless I need to replace the springs in order to have it done. Quote is a bit pricey for recommended work.. Overall friendly service tech. One concern is the light no longer comes on where it did before. Might just be the bulb. Would hire again.

The service repairman contacted me to informed me that he could make the appointment early (This was great). The serviceman was pleasant and cordial. He greeted me with a hello and a handshake! He reviewed the work that needed to be completed and clearly explained each step as he began to work. He completed the work fast and expediently. When finished he explained the work completed and the cost of all parts and labor. He also provided me with an estimate for other work that I requested for the future. This is by far the most pleasant and professional experience with a company that I have ever encountered.

We called around 5pm to see if we could get a spring replaced that broke on our garage door. Technician Daniel arrived around 7pm. He repaired the door fast and efficiently. He did a great job! Thanks for the awesome Customer Service!!

The installers arrived right on time and got right to work. They worked tirelessly on the installation of the garage door. They were here until almost 8:00pm getting the door installed and working properly. They then took the time to go through the paperwork and the mechanics of the door. They left after cleaning up after themselves and making sure the door was working perfectly. I would highly recommend them. Their initial visit was the same day I called and that technician was also right on time and very helpful.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received for the replacement of our garage door opener. The technicians were friendly, explained what they would do, how to use the new opener and answered any questions I had. About 12:20 P.M. on Saturday, New Years Eve, I noticed the torsion spring on my garage door had broken. My fear was that I would be locked out for the weekend. I found Precision Doors on the Yellow Pages, then checked their website for more information. I called Precision, and was told a tech would come between 2 and 4. Jason arrived about 1:45. He explained the two choices of springs that were available, and the reasons that both should be replaced together. Jason completed the installation and door operation check up to my satisfaction in about an hour. I would highly recommend Precision to my friends.
