I was so surprised when I called on a Saturday and was told that a service tech would be at my home within a short time. Stu was very professional and I felt relieved that all I needed was a set of new springs and a center bearing. Great work and no mess. Job was done within an hour. I called at 5:00 pm on a Saturday night and the tech was here at 5:45 pm. Amazing. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone I know. The only negative I have is that I did not realize that the price being quoted to me was for ONE spring...not TWO. As a result, my bill was higher than I thought.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we are not able to see what type of spring system you have (one or two) until we arrive at your home. I am sure that since both spring were replace you should have a smooth running door.

Mike came out and rebalanced the door. A day or two later, the door was out of balance again due to me not controlling the door as I opened it. Mike came back out, rebalanced the door and showed me how to open and close it properly.

I contacted Precision when my garage door broke. The door was fixed temporarily, but a new door was ordered immediately, install arrangements were made within hours, and delivery and installation were made as promised. The biggest thing for me was the fantastic customer service, polite, professional, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Upon completion of the install, instructions were given on maintenance of the door with the installer showing us all the important parts of the door and its operation. Best service I've ever had in my life. Thank you!!

I liked the quickness of service and the assurance of a specific time period for the service call. Bakari was efficient, gave me an analysis of the problem, how he would fix it, and the time it would take. He had me check before he left. Thanks Precision Door! Your technician called when he was on the way so I could meet him. He showed me the problem and explained that he may not be able to repair it. He ended up upgrading the cable for me, which cost more that I hoped, but he was able to do it same day. He was very professional and able to work around my schedule when I needed to leave to pick up the girls.

Bakari was very prompt and called 30 minutes before he arrived to make sure that he had the correct address. He assessed the situation and told me that all I needed was a new spring, without trying to give me a sales pitch on buying stuff I didn't need. That was much appreciated. When he was finished, he did show me something that could potentially cause me problems down the line. It was very informative and he was a quality technician. Would definitely call again if a repair is needed.

Mike Gonyo was the rep who came to my house two days in a row and he was a wonderful, conscientious installer! Mike was very thorough, and despite the cold weather took the time to explain the opener, the keypad and the workings of the garage door! Our old Stanley Garage opener failed and the Service Technician tried to repair but the gears were broken. He gave us the options and we agreed to replace just the opener at this time. He reschedule the install the next day and no repair charge was incurred and appreciated. He was able to come earlier and called to see if it was ok and I said yes but give me about 5 minutes. He took his time to complete the install and replace all the old wiring and put in the new opener and walked through the features after it was completed. Very cold day and I appreciate his excellent work. I would have given 4.5 stars if there was that option. My only disappointment was only one remote for a two car garage and the cost of a second remote quoted I felt was expensive. We found Precision in the phone book we had and I had notice one of your vehicles when I was out shopping and it made a positive impression on me to select it in the book.
