Our opener was acting up,so I opened the Yellow Pages and your ad stood out. I liked the part about same day service. Mike was there within the hour and diagnosed the problem. We decided on installing a new unit.Talk about professional! He was done in a very reasonable time and we are very happy with the new belt drive opener, it is really QUIET! Thanks again Mike!

Chose company based on yellow page ad, because they offered service in Brown Deer, WI. Opted for a new opener, rather than a repair, because I wanted both a functioning key-pad entry outside the garage door, & a car remote that actually worked. Plus chose to get new springs, cables & brackets on garage door, so they wouldn't wear on the new opener the way they did the previous one. Mike was excellent (5 stars!), explained options clearly, & was more than competent in his installation work & new product instructions.

My garage door became dysfunctional suddenly at a most inconvenient time, so I called Precision because I was very satisfied with a previous experience. Your telephone person is very professional, knowledgeable and was able to arrange a service call in time to solve my predicament. Dave arrived at the time agreed upon and was very helpful in explaining the source of the problem and the solution necessary. We agreed on pricing; he completed the repair in good time, and I was able to keep an important appointment. Dave is a fine representative for Precision.

I called at 5:00 pm on a Saturday night and the tech was here at 5:45 pm. Amazing. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone I know. The only negative I have is that I did not realize that the price being quoted to me was for ONE spring...not TWO. As a result, my bill was higher than I thought.

I was so surprised when I called on a Saturday and was told that a service tech would be at my home within a short time.
