My elderly grandmother called me on a holiday to let me know that her garage door was broken and she was concerned about get her car out for appointments. I was concerned we wouldn't be able to get someone to come to her neighborhood. But I phoned Precision Garage Door on the holiday and scheduled an appointment for three days later. FABULOUS service! I contacted 3 other Garage Door places before choosing Precision. None of them seemed all too interested in getting my business. But a real person answered my call to Precision, took all my information promptly and correctly and within minutes I received a confirmation E-Mail telling me exactly who would be coming by and when. An hour before my appointment I received a call from the service person and he told me exactly when he would be stopping by. H was extremely polite, friendly, funny and competent. He explained to me exactly what the problem with my garage door opener was and how he planned to fix it, how long it would take and how much it would cost. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Precision.

I was surprised that I would need service on a door installed less than 4 mos. ago - however glitches can happen I guess. However I did receive prompt and very courteous service from tech Stan. All seems to be ok now, so I hope for a long and trouble free service from my new door. (found screws and bolts so garage floor that apparently "fell out" causing jerky door opening and closing. 0

I live in a beautiful house on the east side and I have very old, very heavy garage doors that I love. A big old spring snapped, and Stu arrived within 2 hours to not only fix it, but make it safer. So pleased, that I am having him upgrade my other two doors. Stu was very pleasant, explained the issues well, and the best most efficient way to address. Highly recommend Stu!!

The person I had was amazing. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and had my best interests in mind. While I wasn’t able at this time to fix my garage, I can now take steps to make sure the electrical outlets are all working proper to make sure when they come back and do the install, it can’t void the warranty. They put me first as a customer, I would recommend them to anyone who has garage issues.

We called Precision Door Service in the morning and they were at our house within 21/2 hours to repair our garage door. Rick, our technician was awesome. He explained everything to us and told us everything that he was doing. Rick even followed up with us that evening with a phone call to see if we were happy with how everything turned out and how it looks. We definitely recommend Precision Door Service!!

Will definitely refer you, I had such good service and professional recommendations. Came out on a Saturday an hour earlier than orig. said. Couldn't do the structural board that had come loose but was referred to JD Griffith for that. Called them at 7 this morning, still haven't heard from them, am hoping they are as good as Precision. Will purchase product from you after board is secured if possible. A big thank you to the person that came out Sat., he was so helpful and I'm sorry I didn't remember his name.

Our service technician Dan was great. We had a broken spring and he gave a few recommendations after he looked at everything. He didn't pressure us into anything. We ended up getting more than the spring (both springs, cables and rollers) replaced but that was our choice. We got the lifetime warranty also. Dan was fast and made sure that the door worked properly before he left. I am glad that I read so many good reviews and went with Precision.

Service Technician, Brandon, was courteous, attentive to reported problem, familiar with installed garage door opener. Basically repairs were to the adjustment settings on the opener required by current sub-zero temperatures. Inspected and tested all parts of the garage door and opener to insure optimal operation.
