I just wanted an estimate for a new garage door opener installed. What I got was an estimate for a new door and opener, $2810! This is a rental property. I don’t want to take out another mortgage for cripes sakes!

I would like to commend Precision for not only being very professional but also very honest and trustworthy! I called to have a new garage door opener installed and when the technician got there he evaluated the current one and said the one I have is fine. He reset the latch cleaned and did some maintenance (lube/oil/etc). I am a 77 year old and while he could have easily sold me a new garage he did the right thing saving me over $300!!! Thank you being a customer first over profit company. When I do need a new garage door opener you will be the only call I make. Thank you.

Initial contact for service did not go well. Operator's headset was not working correctly and kept cutting in and out. I called back again and was able to schedule a call but with difficulty. The service tech and a trainee arrived exactly on time as scheduled. They had the required cables and brackets on the truck and were able to fix the problem in about 45 minutes. Both techs were pleasant and professional in appearance. This was my third experience with Precision Door in 16 years. I will continue to call them as needed and would recommend them to anyone else needing garage door service.

My elderly grandmother called me on a holiday to let me know that her garage door was broken and she was concerned about get her car out for appointments. FABULOUS service! I contacted 3 other Garage Door places before choosing Precision. None of them seemed all too interested in getting my business. But a real person answered my call to Precision, took all my information promptly and correctly and within minutes I received a confirmation E-Mail telling me exactly who would be coming by and when. An hour before my appointment I received a call from the service person and he told me exactly when he would be stopping by. H was extremely polite, friendly, funny and competent. He explained to me exactly what the problem with my garage door opener was and how he planned to fix it, how long it would take and how much it would cost. I was surprised that I would need service on a door installed less than 4 mos. ago - however glitches can happen I guess. However I did receive prompt and very courteous service from tech Stan. I live in a beautiful house on the east side and I have very old, very heavy garage doors that I love. A big old spring snapped, and Stu arrived within 2 hours to not only fix it, but make it safer. The person I had was amazing. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and had my best interests in mind. While I wasn’t able at this time to fix my garage, I can now take steps to make sure the electrical outlets are all working proper to make sure when they come back and do the install, it can’t void the warranty. They put me first as a customer, I would recommend them to anyone who has garage issues.

We called Precision Door Service in the morning and they were at our house within 21/2 hours to repair our garage door. Rick, our technician was awesome. He explained everything to us and told us everything that he was doing. Will definitely refer you, I had such good service and professional recommendations. Came out on a Saturday an hour earlier than orig. said. Couldn't do the structural board that had come loose but was referred to JD Griffith for that. Called them at 7 this morning, still haven't heard from them, am hoping they are as good as Precision. Will purchase product from you after board is secured if possible. A big thank you to the person that came out Sat., he was so helpful and I'm sorry I didn't remember his name.

Our service technician Dan was great. We had a broken spring and he gave a few recommendations after he looked at everything. He didn't pressure us into anything. We ended up getting more than the spring (both springs, cables and rollers) replaced but that was our choice. We got the lifetime warranty also. Dan was fast and made sure that the door worked properly before he left. I am glad that I read so many good reviews and went with Precision.
