I called Precision after a Yellow Pages search. After making the appointment I was able to read the reviews on our assigned technician and was confident that I had made the right choice. Stu came the next day and explained very clearly what had to be replaced. He was honest in his assessment and didn't try to sell us more than we needed (e.g. a new garage door). The work was done efficiently (thanks also to Stu's assistant, Todd) and the technicians demonstrated professionalism. I will gladly recommend Precision to other potential customers.

I had a garage door service done about a week ago. Steve, the technician, was professional and friendly. He diagnosed the issue, had the necessary parts, explained the procedure, made the repair and gave me a full account of the inspection and work done and I got the invoice via email as PDF. I was very pleased, this is an exemplary business that definitely deserves five stars.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. From the first phone call I made, the company went out of its way to take care of the problem I had Follow up emails, and a phone call from the technician before my scheduled time, and service the same day. The only negative was that the part I needed wasn't on the truck, so they came back out the next day which was no problem for me at all. The service itself was very good, friendly nice to talk to and knew his job well.

I used Precision Door for the first time as an emergency because my spring broken on my garage door. They were out here very quick, fixed it quickly, were very nice and explained everything they were doing and why. This time our service was on a rental property and my tenants had some issues, it was minor this time around, but again the service was great! Thanks Precision!

What can I say, Precision Door Service has been nothing but spectacular with all my reqeusts/needs! To date, I have had new cables and rollers installed on my door, new springs, and finally and most recently, a new gear and sprocket replaced on my 1/2 HP opener. For each and every service call, the technician is prompt (often early), very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. If anyone asks for a recommendation, Precision is/will be my only one! Kudos to them for the excellent service!

I chose your company based on your yellow page ad. I opted for a new opener rather than to repair it. I wanted both a functioning keypad and a car remote that actually worked. I also chose to get new springs, cables and brackets, so they wouldn't wear on the new opener the way they did on the previous opener. *** was excellent (5 stars!!!). He explained all my options clearly and was more than competent in his installation of the work and new product instructions.

Our garage door cable came unwound and the door got jammed in the tracks on a Sunday. Precision had a tech out to fix it on Monday morning. Mike is a super nice and knowledgeable guy and got us up and running in about an hour. I really like the way the company operates electronically. They confirmed the appointment by email, took payment via the tech's tablet, and within minutes after I paid I received an emailed invoice, receipt and thank-you from the owner.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service that Precision Door delivered. We called to make an appointment thinking perhaps it would be a few days to have someone out to our home, but we were happy that they could come the very next day.
