The technicians arrived earlier than I was expecting. They diagnosed the problem excellently and repaired the problem quickly. They were extremely honest as to what other parts should be serviced and performed that service. Service was very professionally. I was treated with respect at all times.

The staff did a good job of installing my new garage door opener. They were able to configure it to accommodate the previous remote and keyed lock that opens my garage. The new opener works well.

They provided some options for the initial repair and they did not up sell or suggest additional items or services. Service was complete in under an hour and they explained the warranty upon completion too.

They gave me an estimate of the cost and told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours to repair. They were finished on time, cleaned up afterward, and explained in simple words what they did. They stuck to the estimate quoted. They were personable and thoughtful. What more can a customer ask?

The technicians arrived promptly and were friendly and professional at all times. It was obvious the torsion spring needed to be replaced, but they took the time to fully examine our 15-year-old installation and recommend additional items at minimal additional cost to keep our door working for years to come. A bit over an hour later all was completed, and the garage door works wonderfully - didn't realize how noisy it had been, and very quiet now. We would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone needing garage door repair.

$85 dollars for a tech to tell me my opener is broke. Yeah, I already new that. Stay away from Precision Garage Door.

When we arrived the homeowner had their operator on the floor in many pieces. We will not fix something that was entirely disassembled. We offered Mark options on replacing the opener that obviously was broken and Mark declined. The cost was our trip charge to come out and offer our professional opinion about Mark's situation and to service, repair or replace any components of his operator. In this case, we were not able to help Mark re-assemble his operator.
