I had a break in and somehow my garage door stopped working. I was worried about the door being open again, and Jason was extremely helpful, patient and innovative in helping me identify the problem and come up with a temporary solution given that there was no power in the garage. Unbelievable service, and I will call Precision back as soon as I solve the electrical problem!

Five stars! One of the springs broke on our garage door a couple nights ago. The next day I looked online and found Precision Garage Door Service. There were a lot of positive reviews, so I decided to give them a call. A representative was at my door in about two hours- just as they said they would be. The service person was courteous and professional. He explained a range of options with no hard sell. Work was completed very quickly, cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Last night my garage door was disconnected from the opener because of a shabby job performed by another company who installed the opener and the garage door less than two years ago. Josh came to my door, was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. He summed up the issue and answered all of my questions including information about maintenance of the door. The job was completed in a reasonable timeframe, he summarized all of the work that was requested by me and completed by the technician, He demo'd the repair work and put everything back in place including the door lock on the fence in the back yard next to the garage when the job was completed. Thanks Josh, you did a terrific job!

I was intrigued by your website and hopeful that you would deliver what it promises, and you did. I talked to a HUMAN BEING this morning who scheduled a technician to come out today between 6 and 8 pm. Josh called me at six on the dot to tell me he was on his way, and when he arrived, he assessed the problem and went to work repairing it. He did a safety scan and found that the brackets were installed improperly on a weird angle that caused the bracket to cut into the axle significantly, a disaster waiting to happen. He gave us several options for correcting the problem if we wanted to do that tonight, outlined the charges, and answered our questions in a direct and forthcoming way. He and Jason went to work and completed the job in a manner that exceeded our expectations. I consider myself lucky (and a little wise) for finding your company and giving you my business. My husband tacked Josh's business card right next to the opener in case we need reliable help in good time. Thank you.

The staff did a good job of installing my new garage door opener. They were able to configure it to accommodate the previous remote and keyed lock that opens my garage. The new opener works well.

I worked with two different service technicians and both were very knowledgable and extremely service-oriented. Even with the glitch in not having the equipment needed on the second visit, Stu, who was not at fault, took ownership, was very apologetic and arranged a discount for me. He had the new opener installed in less than an hour and walked me through all the features before he left. I'm very pleased with the service and the opener!

I would give Precision a 5 star rating because they diagnosed the trouble with my garage door, explained to me in simple words what was wrong and what had to be done to fix it. They gave me an estimate of the cost and told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours to repair. They were finished on time, cleaned up afterward, and explained in simple words what they did. They stuck to the estimate quoted. They were personable and thoughtful. What more can a customer ask?
