Just by chance had you come and fix our broken springs. Excellent work and fairly priced. You warned me then that my automatic garage door opener was looking old... You just came back and did another wonderful job with some very good advice to extend it's life. Thanks for doing the job correctly without any surprises. The technician arrived on time and completed the repair in a professional manner. He fully explained what repairs were needed before commencing with the repair and reviewed the status of the door system after the repair. I was impressed. I was referred to Precision by National Door. They were unable to give me same day service and named your company when I asked for a referral. I'll probably stay with you for any future work.

The technician made me aware of a safety hazard involving the springs. He also gave me information on why the door was usually going back up when I tried to close it and fixed the problem. He arrived during the time window I was given and was polite and professional throughout the repair.

Keep up the good work! Mike is a superstar! This house belonged to my grandparents many moons ago. I inherited it about 2 years ago and it means a lot to me, as my memories go back as far as I can remember. I do not live in it because of location, but I will never sell it. Mike took the time to listen to my story, and then got right to work fixing my problem with the sensors. He also looked over the entire door, including the rails and wheels, and proceeded to inform me of the good and not so good going forward. He made me feel like I was his only customer today. He also knows what he's doing (not fake) The marked trucks, the confirmation emails, and the friendly knowledgeable service all works for me.
