Mike also found the appropriate lamp cover for the garage light that had broken and delivered it to my home the following day. Keep up the good work! Mike is a superstar! This house belonged to my grandparents many moons ago. I inherited it about 2 years ago and it means a lot to me, as my memories go back as far as I can remember. I do not live in it because of location, but I will never sell it. Mike took the time to listen to my story, and then got right to work fixing my problem with the sensors. He also looked over the entire door, including the rails and wheels, and proceeded to inform me of the good and not so good going forward. He made me feel like I was his only customer today. He also knows what he's doing (not fake) The marked trucks, the confirmation emails, and the friendly knowledgeable service all works for me. Our garage door broke on a Sunday. We called that day and made an appointment for the next day. Mike was here in the time that was stated. He was very friendly and honest about the two different types of springs and the cost of each. He stated we needed roller bearings and the rest of the door was in good shape. If we ever need a new garage door or know someone that does, we would highly recommend Precision for the job. Great workmanship!!!!! Thanks

I called a few garage door places for estimates and most of them were in and out in 10 minutes with minimal measurements and questions on what I was looking for. But Jim from Precision measured thoroughly, asked what type of things I was looking for, and was very honest. He was at my house for over 45 minutes. Tom and another young man installed my door and were just as patient and thorough explaining the features of my new door/opener. The garage door looks outstanding, functions great, and took only a few hours to install. Fantastic experience
