I was intrigued by your website and hopeful that you would deliver what it promises, and you did. I talked to a HUMAN BEING this morning who scheduled a technician to come out today between 6 and 8 pm. Josh called me at six on the dot to tell me he was on his way, and when he arrived, he assessed the problem and went to work repairing it. He did a safety scan and found that the brackets were installed improperly on a weird angle that caused the bracket to cut into the axle significantly, a disaster waiting to happen. He gave us several options for correcting the problem if we wanted to do that tonight, outlined the charges, and answered our questions in a direct and forthcoming way. He and Jason went to work and completed the job in a manner that exceeded our expectations. I consider myself lucky (and a little wise) for finding your company and giving you my business. My husband tacked Josh's business card right next to the opener in case we need reliable help in good time. Thank you.

The staff did a good job of installing my new garage door opener. They were able to configure it to accommodate the previous remote and keyed lock that opens my garage. The new opener works well.

Even with the glitch in not having the equipment needed on the second visit, Stu, who was not at fault, took ownership, was very apologetic and arranged a discount for me. I would give Precision a 5 star rating because they diagnosed the trouble with my garage door, explained to me in simple words what was wrong and what had to be done to fix it. They gave me an estimate of the cost and told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours to repair. They were finished on time, cleaned up afterward, and explained in simple words what they did. They stuck to the estimate quoted. They were personable and thoughtful. What more can a customer ask?

The technicians arrived promptly and were friendly and professional at all times. It was obvious the torsion spring needed to be replaced, but they took the time to fully examine our 15-year-old installation and recommend additional items at minimal additional cost to keep our door working for years to come. A bit over an hour later all was completed, and the garage door works wonderfully - didn't realize how noisy it had been, and very quiet now. We would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone needing garage door repair.

Last night my garage door was disconnected from the opener because of a shabby job performed by another company who installed the opener and the garage door less than two years ago. Josh came to my door, was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. He summed up the issue and answered all of my questions including information about maintenance of the door. The job was completed in a reasonable timeframe, he summarized all of the work that was requested by me and completed by the technician, He demo'd the repair work and put everything back in place including the door lock on the fence in the back yard next to the garage when the job was completed. Thanks Josh, you did a terrific job!
