Was having trouble closing my door. The safety eyes needed to be re-aligned and secured better. Harris was efficient, fixed it and did a checkup. Found on internet, will go back if ever I need to!

I worked with two different service technicians and both were very knowledgable and extremely service-oriented. Even with the glitch in not having the equipment needed on the second visit, Stu, who was not at fault, took ownership, was very apologetic and arranged a discount for me. He had the new opener installed in less than an hour and walked me through all the features before he left. I'm very pleased with the service and the opener!

I would give Precision a 5 star rating because they diagnosed the trouble with my garage door, explained to me in simple words what was wrong and what had to be done to fix it. They gave me an estimate of the cost and told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours to repair. They were finished on time, cleaned up afterward, and explained in simple words what they did. They stuck to the estimate quoted. They were personable and thoughtful. What more can a customer ask?

The technicians arrived promptly and were friendly and professional at all times. It was obvious the torsion spring needed to be replaced, but they took the time to fully examine our 15-year-old installation and recommend additional items at minimal additional cost to keep our door working for years to come. A bit over an hour later all was completed, and the garage door works wonderfully - didn't realize how noisy it had been, and very quiet now. We would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone needing garage door repair.

$85 dollars for a tech to tell me my opener is broke. Yeah, I already new that. Stay away from Precision Garage Door.

When we arrived the homeowner had their operator on the floor in many pieces. We will not fix something that was entirely disassembled. We offered Mark options on replacing the opener that obviously was broken and Mark declined. The cost was our trip charge to come out and offer our professional opinion about Mark's situation and to service, repair or replace any components of his operator. In this case, we were not able to help Mark re-assemble his operator.

Precision has earned our respect over the years for its superb service, promptness and reasonable fees. We also appreciate you giving a discount for repeat customers. Definitely a 5 star rating. So refreshing to see nowadays that companies actually keep their word in terms of showing up on time and fixing the problem expeditiously. We placed a call to fix the garage door on Sunday and on Tuesday, within 48 hours, it has been repaired. We will recommend you to our family and friends.

When our garage door refused to open one evening--leaving our cars uselessly stranded in the garage, first we panicked, then we hoped to find a 24 hour service. We looked for a company with excellent reviews and lots of them. Precision Door stood out immediately, so we gave them a call. We received service within 2 hours at 6:30 in the evening. Stu arrived and we were thrilled to find him friendly, patient, extremely knowledgable and skilled. He took the time to explain before and after about the work needed and accomplished. He gave us important tips on keeping our door working efficiently for years to come. Our door now hums up and down quickly and quietly. We enjoyed meeting Stu and appreciated his time, talents and professional attitude. We highly recommend this company. They put customers satisfaction first and are fair and honest.
