Door failed on late Saturday afternoon. They scheduled appt. for Sunday Morning. Fast, professional and thorough. Third time we have called on Precision. Our experience from the first has been very positive. Would not even think of calling someone else.

From beginning to end, our experience was a prime example of how to take care of your customer. Cameron was helpful during our initial call and Adam was a great technician. He took time to explain the problem, what he would check for on his inspection and what was needed to replace and what he recommended to replace. His workmanship was great and the entire service call was done in less than an hour and a half. At the end he went through how to do quarterly maintenance. Our garage door was replaced with a new one today, and we are pleased we decided to use this company because of the excellence of the products and the professionalism of the technicians. Our old garage door had to be disassembled and removed, and the new one was installed along with a new motor, keypad, and controls. The men were fast, efficient, and thorough, and they left the area cleaner than it looked when they arrived! I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Had my garage spring replaced this morning. Steve was very nice and let me watch and answered all my questions. The only thing I did not like was paying $65 for a bearing that I can get on Amazon for $7. And then multiply that by three bearings...

Great service!!! They were able to get it fixed the same day they came out. The operator told me they would come out with a fully stocked truck and he certainly did. We had another company come out and he was there 5 minutes and left. He was suppose to put a quote together for my landlord but several days later we have heard nothing from them. Thanks to Precision we can now park our cars back in our garage. Rick was our service guy. He was super nice, very informative and quick to get the door fixed. Thanks again Rick and Precision!!!

Great service overall. Easy and quick appointment. Our technician, Stu, arrived first thing in the morning, on time along with a reminder phone call. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problems and the steps to fix the door. I was concerned that we would be given an immediate sales pitch for a new door since the door in question was from the 80s. We were instead met with great service repair of the old door in less than 30 minutes! I realize our very old door will eventually fail completely so I asked about a new door. Stu took measurements, explained options, and was not all forceful on selling the option. I now feel prepared with a replacement solution as I know..and Stu knew, that eventually my older door is going to permanently fail. Thanks for the honesty and speed of service. I will be back.

The serviceman arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was courteous and knowledgeable. After a trip to Home Depot to get the correct size screws he completed the repair. The charge was reasonable. We would use Precision Door Service again.
