I am a repeat customer. 2017 they replaced my springs, I was pleased then as it was same day service. Today was the same. Same day service for needing new rollers and a tuneup. Door works perfectly again! Great customer service.. I recommend them!

I found Precision Door Service via the internet and what attracted me was the stellar reviews. I want to add mine that to my list. My tech's name is Collin and he was FANTASTIC! Very pleasant, explained my options, and got right to work. I am so pleased with the service! He also told me there is a one-year warranty so that makes me even happier. I would very highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

My neighbor recommended your company to repair our garage door and I was happy she did, as the serviceman was very courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the problem within a very short timeframe. The door now operates smoother than it ever has. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again when needed.

The young man who came to my house called ahead as he said he would when we made the appointment. We were told the appointment would be in the 8-12 window, and he called about 8:15. He was pleasant and courteous, and gave me several options for the level of repair. It was all over very quickly and cleanly.

I've just moved back to Milwaukee and was very concerned about a 47 year old iffy garage door opening system. Sears brand, by the way (that' s a bit of a wow durable product). I contacted Precision based on a quick Google search. A very professional and swift reply occurred to where I could get same day estimate and all work done. Not bad. Service tech was very fine and a fine communicator, also in terms of his ETA. I was given three levels of equipment features and a reasonable price for my selection. When I discovered the price included not only the machine but the rails and a long overdue safety upgrade, I believe the price was very fine and the service was beyond my expectation. I highly recommend the company and the service tech Eric N. I've been in Retail and the Restaurant businesses for a very long time. It's nice to see a customer service enterprise and employee meet the old standards of competency, good manners, and upfront business conduct. Mike Bjordal, Northridge Lakes, Milwaukee

Just getting quotes on a replacement garage door. Scott came and was very professional. He was vocal on what he was looking for and taking pictures of to get a better understanding of what would be needed. He had recommendations on what would be in my best interest. He was quite knowledgeable of the products Precision Door carries and even the competitors. The quote he gave was precise and every step was spelled out. No pressure sales. Said our goodbyes and had a quote in my email.

The technician solved my problem. He showed me a print out of what was wrong and discussed it with me. He was very courteous, respectful and professional. Very knowledgeable. I like that he called to let me know what time he would be arriving. You should add another star for Superb, because he was superb. Please let the technician know.
