Installer did a great job, was polite and professional. They were able to arrive faster than other services and prices were reasonable. In hindsight, I realize I didn't need the up-sell of pulleys and bearings. Otherwise, very satisfied

Received service today. the guys arrived in the time frame that you gave us. They were friendly, thoughtful , and professional. They reviewed the door and gave me options to choose for the service necessary. After they completed the work they show us how everything functioned how it was supposed to. We are very pleased with the work. And will call you again if we have garage troubles again.

I could not be happier with the service received. From the time I called for service to the time the technician arrived to install a new garage door opener, and fix my garage door which had wrong parts installed prior to me purchasing the house that made it dangerous to use in the manual mode which I didn’t know about, a total of 3.5 hours had passed. Michael, the technician, was professional, asked questions, listened to what I had to say, and the work was done. Awesome!

We were in a emergency situation and the service was great. It began at the initial call to the receptionist answering our question and setting expectation of when the tech would be contacting us. The tech explained the process to my wife in a manner that she understood and put her at ease. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing garage door repairs and service. Thanks for the prompt and efficient service.

The young man who repaired my garage door opener worked long and hard on old equipment. I believe he was frustrated with not being able to access wiring that was above ceiling tile. I appreciated his effort on a cold afternoon.

Your company was a pleasure to work with, and you solved my problem quickly (electrical issue with the garage door opener). I especially appreciate two things: (1) When I called, I got a firm appointment for two days hence. Eric (the workman) called beforehand and arrived on time. (2) Eric himself did a great job, and he took the time to explain the background issues as well as a workaround for me to use in the future. Eric is a very helpful, friendly and totally professional employee. Thanks!

After being no showed by a repair shop in the neighborhood I called Precision and got a same day appointment on a Saturday! The representative who answered the call was courteous and professional scheduling and confirming everything including my "Covid comfort level" and if the tech was available earlier if they could come earlier. The technician called and said he was available early and confirmed that he could come. Michael came examined the door and determined the spring had broken. He gave a thorough estimate and explanation giving me 3 options. Within about an hour he had completed the repair and cleaned up. Fantastic service, much appreciated.

02/08/22 Service was available quickly. The serviceman was friendly and well informed. All the parts needed for my repair were on the service truck, just as stated in the advertisement I saw on TV just hours after my garage door broke.
