Hello, My name is Deborah. I had a garage door repaired by Eric on yesterday. It was a great experience. He totally met my expectations resolved the problem was courteous professional helpful and then some. Eric arrived promptly on time listened carefully as I described the problem understood the problem asked questions to clarify and provided the right support. I truly was impressed by this young mans skills and excellent customer service. Please know that when I do decide to get my garage door replaced I definitely will be contacting Precision door based on this encounter. During these days and times it's hard to find good quality qualified and exceptional employees such as Eric. He rocks! A diamond in the rough!

Upon discovering a damaged electrical wire causing my garage door to malfunction late one afternoon, I called a customer service rep at Precision Door. She politely and promptly scheduled a service technician to visit my residence the next day. As promised, a technician by the name of Eric appeared on time and asked all the appropriate questions before making repairs. He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided me a reasonable estimate, and rapidly got to work. He not only replaced the frayed wiring, but swapped out the old electric eyes at the base of the unit in a jiffy. He was very professional, skilled, courteous and friendly. I'd highly recommend Eric and Precision Door to anyone needing garage door service.

Colin called to announce his arrival time when he was on his way. Once there he asked all my concerns and took a look at everything. He knew I wasn’t a garage door technician but he also spoke to me in a way that helped me understand. He let me know my options to repair the issues, what to expect in the future, and did a full maintenance check. Never was I pressured into an up sale, and I now know what to expect in the future for my door and motor. I wish other service technicians that I have over we’re as thorough and engaging as Colin. 10/10

Cons: Gave scheduler a detailed description of brand and type of torsion spring that was broken including size and part # ($75.00 spring). Assured me that techs have springs fully stocked on trucks. Estimate to repair stated $125-$225. Technician arrived a day later and said. “Oh, we don’t have parts for or work on those” ??? We can replace just the torsion system with something else for $1,600.00. Entire new insulated door with torsion system and all hardware is $1,250.00. ??? Sorry, don’t think so. Pros: Tech crawled under vehicle stuck in garage to free torsion cables and got 225 pound door open. I gave him cash for lunch for doing what he could. No charge for service call.

It's a Holiday weekend and the garage door wont open/close. Called Precision Door Service and in literaly minutes a technician was in route. Colin called me and asked if he could come earlier than agreed time. Absolutely. He assessed the door and all related components. I got a 7 page report on every facet of the door's make-up. I was given varied costs dependent on what I wanted to be done. I selected what I needed to get the door operational and still fit my budget. And he began the work immediately. An hour or so later I had new springs and other parts in place. The door works like new. Colin answered my questions about door maintenance to further the life of new parts. All this during the 4th of July weekend festivities! Thanks to Colin and Precision.

I originally called my garage door's manufacturer for repair service, but they wanted almost $200 just to show up. It seemed excessive so I looked up other options. Precision had a professional looking website with many locations and good reviews. They also are available on weekends at no extra charge, which is convenient for me since I work pretty much normal business hours. I was given a time frame of noon - 4, and got a call from Pedro at around 1:00 to let me know he was going to arrive within a half hour. Pedro took time to look over all the essential parts of my garage door, and then explained what was still in pretty good shape and showed me what was in most need of repair. He showed me a list of repair options including cost and warranty. I felt his evaluation was fair and honest with no pressure to upsell so I could make my best choice to fix what I needed to and leave alone what was good. Pedro's a great guy who I felt like I got to know a little bit and we shared some laughs. He helped be save where I could to keep the price reasonable. I have a small issue with an old lock that isn't very secure and Pedro did his best to tighten it up best he could but didn't have the parts to completely secure an old lock like mine. He did make calls to try to locate replacement parts and promised to follow up with me and I trust that he will.

Precision was suggested to me through Angi’s list. They contacted me right away and set me up with a same day appointment to analyze the problem I was having. Jake was my repairman. He was professional, polite and had a disarmingly kind disposition which I appreciate. He quickly provided my wife and I with a diagnosis and two repair options. Jake had us operating better then it was before the breakdown on a relatively short period of time. I’m skeptical of repair sales people and sales pitches but, I was extremely comfortable with Jake.

I could not be happier with the service received. From the time I called for service to the time the technician arrived to install a new garage door opener, and fix my garage door which had wrong parts installed prior to me purchasing the house that made it dangerous to use in the manual mode which I didn’t know about, a total of 3.5 hours had passed. Michael, the technician, was professional, asked questions, listened to what I had to say, and the work was done. Awesome!
