I have to admit, I was somewhat skeptical about the "same day" pledge; but you know what? My skepticism was unfounded: Precision showed up on time. This was the best service call I've ever experienced for my house. To start, this company was a referral from a friend who was a very happy customer and now I am too. I called after a Holiday weekend and was able to get same day service. The website was great. The Technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He not only fixed the problem but also taught me about the door and routine maintenance that I'll be able to do myself. Outstanding and well done job. These are the only people I'm ever calling again for garage door issues.

The technician did a very good job. He even stayed to reset the sensors when I couldn't get it to close because of the sun. My only negative comment was that he didn't tell me there were 2 springs and the cost really surprised me. I told him I was taking back the cookies I gave him - just kidding!

Excellent Service. My garage door spring broke Wednesday night. I called at 8:00 AM the next morning. I was told that some one would be at my house between 9 and 11. AT 9:10 the repairman arrived and by 9:40 he was gone.

I purchased the new Liftmaster Belt Drive Garage Door Opener, WOW is it quiet! The Service Technician was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The features and quietness of the Liftmaster were beyond my expectations for a door opener. This opener was an install job for a second door that never had an opener. The install was fast yet attention to detail was a priority. Great job and I would certainly call again.

Mike had installed my new garage door opener earlier this year. I had a service issue and they were able to send Mike out the same day. He spotted the issue immediately with my older door and was able to make an adjustment and it works great. He's the best. I'm thinking of getting a new door and will use Precision. Very professional company.

Our original service was for a broken spring in fall 2012. The technician explained about a complete service overhaul for the door which we decided to do. The service was very professional and we have been pleased with the outcome. I called back this May to have the door trim replaced. Again, they were on time and we are pleased with the job. Both times Karen told me who was coming. Both times I was given an explanation of the work to be done. Well done. I would recommend your company to others for sure.
