I live out of town and needed repair on my recently deceased father-in-law's old wooden garage doors. I called from an ad in the phone book and to my surprise they were able to send someone that same day. My hour and a half drive to meet Dave the repairman was well worth it. He was pleasant, polite, explained the situation in understandable language and gave me various options. He worked for hours in the heat and humidity with little space between him and the garage doors and never a complaint. At 7:30p.m. that night I had a question of importance and the receptionist located him and he called me back immediately. My husband and I are most grateful for your company and especially for Dave in our time of sorrow and chaos last week.

I agree that our service technician was only there for a short time. The trolley on the operator was not engaged or locked in, which he fixed for you. Our service call is relatively inexpensive for professional on time service.

Outstanding experience from the first contact. Have used them before and continue to be impressed with their quality of work and humor! I believe Stu was the gentlemen who did our work.

We had a lightening strike that fried our garage door opener and a neighbor's. Stu was out within a couple of hours. He replaced the circuit boards, installed surge protectors, and repaired my garage door frame which I hadn't even called for. I thought your tech, Bakari was a very nice and professional technician. I do have some concerns on your prices. He replaced the cables and reset the tensions. A job that took him less than 30 minutes to complete. I am guessing you have standard labor pricing per task that the $ 90.00 you charged was the cost whether it took him 30 minutes or 60 minutes. Also the cost of the cable was too high I thought. I understand you technically delivered the parts to me with the service and I understand about mark ups, after all you and I are in a similar business with field techs and customer service but again, the parts costs seemed a little high to me. Maybe it was your tech who is that good that he was able to perform this job in a short amount of time. I think you are lucky to have him. He is very professional and explained to me the workings of the door and how important proper maintenance is to prevent things breaking. I am very satisfied with Precision and Bakari. In the future, if I have any needs, I would like to request it is him that takes care of me. Thanks for your time.
