I was hoping that the work needed would be a minor adjustment to my garage door system after having work done in my garage the previous day. Unfortunately, the system needed a LOT of work as it hadn't been well maintained by the previous home owners, but Dan did a great job of thoroughly reviewing everything and showing me exactly where there were problems with cables, brackets, rollers, etc. While I wasn't thrilled with having to have so much work done, I was very pleased with the end result. The overall garage door system is now working incredibly smoothly and quietly and I won't have to worry about it breaking down at some inconvenient time!

Loved that they were able to come the next day (Sunday) at no extra charge! Stu was a very friendly guy and explained everything to me. Did great work and in a reasonable amount of time. Loved that he took the time to explained everything and that he cleaned up after himself as well (yes you heard me right, he cleaned up after himself! Excellent service. 5 star! The tech came during the two hour period they said he would and was very nice and polite. We received an email showing us his picture and name to verify the right person was at our door! The tech explained what was wrong and replaced the worn out part. He also inspected rest of the door and made sure it was working right. He also showed us the working garage door and made sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company! Definitely will call them back if i have further need for garage door work.

We recently purchased our home and wanted to make sure the garage door was in good working order. Josh Feldner was our service tech and he arrived right on time. He examined the mechanics of the door and gave us recommendations. Most issues were age related but did not required new parts. However, I chose to purchase new rollers. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend Josh and Precision Door to anyone!
