Excellent service. 5 star! The tech came during the two hour period they said he would and was very nice and polite. We received an email showing us his picture and name to verify the right person was at our door! The tech explained what was wrong and replaced the worn out part. He also inspected rest of the door and made sure it was working right. He also showed us the working garage door and made sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company! Definitely will call them back if i have further need for garage door work.

We recently purchased our home and wanted to make sure the garage door was in good working order. Josh Feldner was our service tech and he arrived right on time. He examined the mechanics of the door and gave us recommendations. Most issues were age related but did not required new parts. However, I chose to purchase new rollers. I was expecting at least 2 technicians to replace the doors, so I was very surprised there was only one. I found him to be friendly, informed and did a very good job. He explained everything to me, however, I forgot what I should be using in the runners of the door. Thank you and I definitely would recommend you to others.
I am glad you are enjoying your doors! We recommend lubricating your door at least twice a year, using a small amount of a good silicone spray on the garage door tracks (runners), hinges and rollers.

Couldn't believe how fast they installed the opener, less than 2 hours. It would have taken me days to do it I'm sure. Did have a little glitch with the garage switch not working the next day. When they came back it was found to be a frayed wire. How that happened who knows but they fixed it no charge and I'm happy as a clam. Friendly, professional, courteous staff. And like I said earlier, they sure didn't fool around when it came to installing the opener. Looking to put a door in the future and you can bet I'll be giving you a call. Another job I can see them doing in under 2 hours that may take me days. Keep up the good work!!
