We called Precision based on their Muskego phone book ad. Dan the service man came the next day. He quickly found the problem, a badly worn motor gear caused by an out of balance door spring problem. 2 car Door was 15 years old. He gave us a price to replace the opener, springs, & end bearings. It was reasonable. Dan was very efficient & cleaned up when he finished. I was very satisfied.

Problem: My garage door would not stay closed. I had a very knowledgeable Precision service man that took the extra time on an extremely cold evening to come and adjust my opener to make sure the garage door closed correctly. It was due to my garage door opener needing adjustments. He did a fabulous job!

Brian my wife has tried to reach you twice. The last time Tony said you'd be unavailable for quite some time . I hope that's not true as we prefer not to deal with him for various reasons! His idea of 100% satisfaction means paying more and that's not about to happen! You could pay me but that's not what I'm after now. Purchased new garage door in October 2009 - added lifetime warranty upgrade ($200). Spring broke in September 2017. Called Precision at 3:30. They had a technician (Rick) at the house by 6:00. Replaced both springs and bearings - door working by 7:15. Total cost with warranty: $84. Without warranty would have cost at least $300. Very happy!

Couple of nights ago the torsion spring of my garage door broke. I contacted Precision Garage door, set up appointment. Jason came and replaced both of the springs, just to be sure both of them are brand new. This is the second time Jason works on my garage door. Im very pleased with the service and the repair. Very pleased with Dan's level of knowledge. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made a recommendation, and did the work. New rollers are of high quality and were priced reasonably. Door works better now than it has in years. Only issue - we weren't offered a senior discount. I noticed it is offered on your website after I had paid and Dan had left.

I thought Jason was very knowledgeable about garage doors. He explained in layman's terms what the problems were just looking at the door. When he got up to examine the door he explained what he was going to have to do and what our options and costs were. He explained what he needed to repair and we were well satisfied about what he was going to do. With Jason's knowledge and skill if in the future we need anew garage door we will be looking at this company. Excellent job and great personality!

They showed up on time, then tried to hit me with an environmental fee for looking at my door and doing no work. I called a second company in, and they performed the repair at 1/3 the price that precision quoted. I doubt this review will appear on any website!
