I thought Jason was very knowledgeable about garage doors. He explained in layman's terms what the problems were just looking at the door. When he got up to examine the door he explained what he was going to have to do and what our options and costs were. He explained what he needed to repair and we were well satisfied about what he was going to do. With Jason's knowledge and skill if in the future we need anew garage door we will be looking at this company. Excellent job and great personality!

They showed up on time, then tried to hit me with an environmental fee for looking at my door and doing no work. I called a second company in, and they performed the repair at 1/3 the price that precision quoted. I doubt this review will appear on any website!

I was hoping that the work needed would be a minor adjustment to my garage door system after having work done in my garage the previous day. Unfortunately, the system needed a LOT of work as it hadn't been well maintained by the previous home owners, but Dan did a great job of thoroughly reviewing everything and showing me exactly where there were problems with cables, brackets, rollers, etc. While I wasn't thrilled with having to have so much work done, I was very pleased with the end result. The overall garage door system is now working incredibly smoothly and quietly and I won't have to worry about it breaking down at some inconvenient time!

Precision has installed 2 door openers for me (I have 2 garage doors), at separate times. There was a minor hiccup with the installation of the second door and it was rectified immediately. Loved that they were able to come the next day (Sunday) at no extra charge! Stu was a very friendly guy and explained everything to me. Did great work and in a reasonable amount of time. Loved that he took the time to explained everything and that he cleaned up after himself as well (yes you heard me right, he cleaned up after himself! Lots of contract worker don't lately) And the whole time he had a smile on his face and it was freezing outside! Thanks Precision for sending a knowledgable and friendly tech to do the job!!!
