I had a problem with my garage door not opening. I looked up repair services on Google and your company looked the best. I called had a appointment made for the next day. The tech who worked on the door his name is Matt. Was on time and did a great job. He showed me everything that needed repairs. It's an old garage door. He ran into a couple of snags but made sure everything was working before he left. My wife and I were very pleased with his work and professionalism. Our garage door was in pretty bad shape before the repair person, Steve, arrived. He was able to replace the cables and rusted out hardware on the garage door and it now works extremely well. Steve simply did an outstanding job.

I have had used another very good garage door company however they could not respond so I contracted Precision Door Service. Precision Door showed up on time, their service person was top notch and explain what he was going to work on and why. They have won me over, I will be using them on future repairs/ replaces on all my properties.

Called to find out what the cost to replace springs would be, as I was checking around. I was told $69.95 for service call and $179 for spring, I said back to girl on phone "so $70 & $180 and she said yes". Was surprised when it came to $442.95. I should of been told $69.95 plus $179 for each spring and $15 for enviro surcharge for $442.95 Needless to say I will not use them again.

I called yesterday to make an appointment for someone to look at my garage door..they said they could come the same day..WOW..Rick the technician called before arriving AND came 15 min earlier than the projected appointment range. He spent time showing me what was wrong and what needed to be done. He gave me 3 options..good, better, best and then let me choose. Their was no high pressure and in fact he explained the pro's and con's of each scenario. He gave me an estimate of how long his work would take and had to be creative in solving an unexpected issue he came upon as he was working. My door works great..it's now in "Stealth" mode. Doesn't make a sound when going up or down and smooth as silk. Incidentally, I mentioned that my garage door openers don't work well and how frustrated I am at having to be so close before they open. He informed me that if you use LED lights in your garage door opener they can interfere with the radio frequency of the door opener signal. Who'd of known..Bonus...Would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door maintenance/work.

Called on a Friday afternoon with broken spring that prevented garage door from opening. Set appointment for later that day. Owner called back and offered to reroute a tech to arrive earlier. Yeah. Tech noted broken spring condition, inspected entire system, made replacement recommendations, Tech repaired the problem and replaced several other worn and failing parts in approx an hour. All systems work as they should. Seriously, service like this could not be any better. 5 plus stars!!!!!
