Wanted to drop a note to let you know how happy I was with the service your tech provided. We had the springs on our garage door repaired. Mike arrived on time and so friendly and knowledgeable. It was obvious that he really cared about our particular situation and even made some additional recommendations. He was very quick and thorough. I was expecting at least 2 technicians to replace the doors, so I was very surprised there was only one. I found him to be friendly, informed and did a very good job. He explained everything to me, however, I forgot what I should be using in the runners of the door. Thank you and I definitely would recommend you to others.

I am glad you are enjoying your doors! We recommend lubricating your door at least twice a year, using a small amount of a good silicone spray on the garage door tracks (runners), hinges and rollers.

I chose Precision because you had 24-7 scheduling and I needed a repair done asap. Everything went as the scheduler stated. The technician called ahead of showing up and arrived well within the window of time I was given. The technicians were friendly, professional and proficient. Couldn't believe how fast they installed the opener, less than 2 hours. It would have taken me days to do it I'm sure. Did have a little glitch with the garage switch not working the next day. When they came back it was found to be a frayed wire. How that happened who knows but they fixed it no charge and I'm happy as a clam. Friendly, professional, courteous staff. And like I said earlier, they sure didn't fool around when it came to installing the opener. Looking to put a door in the future and you can bet I'll be giving you a call. Another job I can see them doing in under 2 hours that may take me days. Keep up the good work!!

Thank you for your feedback on our pricing. It is always good to get different estimates. What I do not know is if the doors are comparable doors. Are they the same thickness in steel? Did you select the same style? Options? Insulation? Do they have the same warranties? Without knowing if we are comparing "Apples to Apples", I cannot determined how we are priced. I do know that we are very competitive on comparable products.
