I had planned on replacing only the broken spring. Service tech came out, examined all hardware and door. Asked how long I planned to stay in the house, and when I told him forever, he suggested several additional things to replace. Told me it included a 10 year warranty parts and labor. No pressure, also gave 2 other options. I went with best option and very happy with performance of door.

We needed our garage door repaired as the spring broke a few months ago and we just wound up not using our garage. We called Precision after reading some of their reviews and because they are local to us. When they looked at our door, they pointed out some other problems with the door and structure. I was not surprised, as the door has been up for over 30 years. we decided to go with an insulated door and scheduled the installation for a few days later, giving us time to clean the garage. The installer came promptly at 9:00 and removed out old door and supports. The new door and supports were installed perfectly, along with a new opener. We called and your technician came the next day. We needed a whole new garage door. Everything was pretty old so we thought it best to get a new one and were impressed by Rick's knowledge of what exactly we needed. Since we won't get our new door for 3 to 5 weeks we can't comment on the actual installation yet are confident Precision will live up to it's great name. Rick was friendly, and knew his stuff.

Service Technician arrived just a little over a hour from the initial phone call. He showed me what needed to be done and went over the options thoroughly. It took just about an hour to complete the job, just as he said it would. While I was writing the check to pay the invoice, Adam gave my old beagle some very nice attention too! All in all a very good experience.

I called this morning and you were able to come out right away. I appreciated that. Though there was nothing that could be done to fix our issue at this time because of the part that is bad on the garage door opener and you do not carry what we need, it was nice to get an answer as to what is wrong with out door. Precision Garage stood up to their warranty when we found out our spring broke. They replaced the cables and lived the garage. Your technicians called before they arrived. When they showed up one man did the estimate. Then when I decided what serive they would perform, one person did ALL the work. The other person sat in the truck and did NOTHING! Thought this was very inefficient, may have been able to complete the work faster if both persons had been working on the fix. Work was done well and am happy with the completed job. Will recommend your service to anyone who needs work.

Fantastic service, Steve the technician was great! My keypad garage entry stopped working and I needed it repaired quickly. I contacted Precision and it was truly a great experience. They scheduled my appointment immediately (no voicemails, call-backs, etc.) and were able to get me on the schedule within 48 hours. My technician showed up on time and he was great. He fixed my problem quickly, provided explanations and answered all my questions. Our garage doors are more than 25 years old and we've been thinking about replacing them, Steve explained options for rebuliding and full replacement .... really helpful information. I certainly plan to go back to Precision for my future needs.

I was able to get an appointment within an hour of our garage door spring breaking, which was fantastic! Steven Gatson came out to perform the repair. He replaced our springs and bearings and gave us excellent service! He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional!
