My garage door needed to be serviced immediately. I set up an appointment online and was taken care of quickly. The service technician (Tanner) did a fantastic job. He was friendly and took care of everything in a timely manner. I wouldn't say I would just recommend Precision door service... I highly recommend Precision door service to everyone who wants to have garage door repairs done effectively at a low cost by true professionals.

Our technician was Stu Ellenberger who was at the premise prior to the appointment time and was very knowledgeable about what was needed as well as the concrete the garage was on. About 12:20 P.M. on Saturday, New Years Eve, I noticed the torsion spring on my garage door had broken. My fear was that I would be locked out for the weekend. I found Precision Doors on the Yellow Pages, then checked their website for more information. I called Precision, and was told a tech would come between 2 and 4. Jason arrived about 1:45. He explained the two choices of springs that were available, and the reasons that both should be replaced together. Jason completed the installation and door operation check up to my satisfaction in about an hour. I would highly recommend Precision to my friends.

The two repairmen were on time, efficient, fixed the problem, and also checked over the garage door to make sure all was well. Plus, they oiled the gate on the squeaky fence into our yard, just to be nice! Thanks!

I googled garage door repair in Milwaukee. Looked through the list and read through Precision Door Service. Located within 5 miles of my home, watched the YouTube video and liked what I saw. Called for estimate on a broken spring. Technician came out between 2-4 pm. Dan & Tony showed up at 2:15-2:30 p.m. Dan assessed my problem and gave me direction. Part was not a standard part that they stock on the truck. The part had to be ordered and they installed it on Aug.5th. I was pleased, satisfied & comfortable with my technician. Dan & Tony. we're pleasant. Good experience. Will refer Precision to others. Thanks.

I had a break in and somehow my garage door stopped working. I was worried about the door being open again, and Jason was extremely helpful, patient and innovative in helping me identify the problem and come up with a temporary solution given that there was no power in the garage. Unbelievable service, and I will call Precision back as soon as I solve the electrical problem!

Last night my garage door was disconnected from the opener because of a shabby job performed by another company who installed the opener and the garage door less than two years ago. Josh came to my door, was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. He summed up the issue and answered all of my questions including information about maintenance of the door. The job was completed in a reasonable timeframe, he summarized all of the work that was requested by me and completed by the technician, He demo'd the repair work and put everything back in place including the door lock on the fence in the back yard next to the garage when the job was completed. Thanks Josh, you did a terrific job!

The staff did a good job of installing my new garage door opener. They were able to configure it to accommodate the previous remote and keyed lock that opens my garage. The new opener works well.
