When our garage door refused to open one evening--leaving our cars uselessly stranded in the garage, first we panicked, then we hoped to find a 24 hour service. Stu arrived and we were thrilled to find him friendly, patient, extremely knowledgable and skilled. He took the time to explain before and after about the work needed and accomplished. Your company had been recommended to me by a friend. I had received great service from your company last year and when I needed assistance I felt you were the best place to go. As in the past, I received outstanding service! I was a little disappointed that no actual paper receipt was provided. I called and they were here in 30 minutes. We had purchased a warranty a few years ago, and they looked it up and sent it to us to make sure we didn't get over charged. They accepted a coupon for the service fee and our door was fixed 1 hour after calling in. The service technicians were friendly and professional. They accepted checks and credit cards. I am very satisfied with the service I received. From the first phone call I made, the company went out of its way to take care of the problem I had Follow up emails, and a phone call from the technician before my scheduled time, and service the same day. The only negative was that the part I needed wasn't on the truck, so they came back out the next day which was no problem for me at all. The service itself was very good, friendly nice to talk to and knew his job well.
