Mike was our technician and real friendly and knowledgeable. He actually came early and that worked out well. He tried different ways of fixing what we had, but we both decided a new garage door opener was what was needed given the age of it. I really liked the fact that your company sent out, prior to him coming, who he was and his picture along with the confirmation date and time. Awesome thing to do. I have already recommended your company to a family member.

When our garage door refused to open one evening--leaving our cars uselessly stranded in the garage, first we panicked, then we hoped to find a 24 hour service. We looked for a company with excellent reviews and lots of them. Precision Door stood out immediately, so we gave them a call. We received service within 2 hours at 6:30 in the evening. Stu arrived and we were thrilled to find him friendly, patient, extremely knowledgable and skilled. He took the time to explain before and after about the work needed and accomplished. He gave us important tips on keeping our door working efficiently for years to come. Our door now hums up and down quickly and quietly. We enjoyed meeting Stu and appreciated his time, talents and professional attitude. We highly recommend this company. They put customers satisfaction first and are fair and honest. We are fortunate to have Precision Door in the area to help us!

Your company had been recommended to me by a friend. I had received great service from your company last year and when I needed assistance I felt you were the best place to go. As in the past, I received outstanding service! I was a little disappointed that no actual paper receipt was provided. I do have computer problems at times and like to have a paper copy for that reason. I had been so relieved that everything was fixed I never mentioned this to your service provider who really did do a great job!!

We selected Precision because we had had our previous garage door serviced by them. Since we needed to replace it after forty years of use, Precision was a logical choice. The previous service, as well as the current replacement, were both superior, including full explanations of their work and the reasons why the original door should be replaced.

I called and they were here in 30 minutes. We had purchased a warranty a few years ago, and they looked it up and sent it to us to make sure we didn't get over charged. They accepted a coupon for the service fee and our door was fixed 1 hour after calling in. The service technicians were friendly and professional. They accepted checks and credit cards. Really good experience.

I called Precision after a Yellow Pages search. After making the appointment I was able to read the reviews on our assigned technician and was confident that I had made the right choice. Stu came the next day and explained very clearly what had to be replaced. He was honest in his assessment and didn't try to sell us more than we needed (e.g. a new garage door). The work was done efficiently (thanks also to Stu's assistant, Todd) and the technicians demonstrated professionalism. I will gladly recommend Precision to other potential customers.

He diagnosed the issue, had the necessary parts, explained the procedure, made the repair and gave me a full account of the inspection and work done and I got the invoice via email as PDF. I am very satisfied with the service I received. From the first phone call I made, the company went out of its way to take care of the problem I had Follow up emails, and a phone call from the technician before my scheduled time, and service the same day. The only negative was that the part I needed wasn't on the truck, so they came back out the next day which was no problem for me at all. The service itself was very good, friendly nice to talk to and knew his job well.

What can I say, Precision Door Service has been nothing but spectacular with all my reqeusts/needs! To date, I have had new cables and rollers installed on my door, new springs, and finally and most recently, a new gear and sprocket replaced on my 1/2 HP opener. For each and every service call, the technician is prompt (often early), very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. If anyone asks for a recommendation, Precision is/will be my only one! Precision has earned our respect over the years for its superb service, promptness and reasonable fees. We also appreciate you giving a discount for repeat customers. Definitely a 5 star rating. So refreshing to see nowadays that companies actually keep their word in terms of showing up on time and fixing the problem expeditiously. We placed a call to fix the garage door on Sunday and on Tuesday, within 48 hours, it has been repaired. We will recommend you to our family and friends.
