Will definitely refer you, I had such good service and professional recommendations. Came out on a Saturday an hour earlier than orig. said. Couldn't do the structural board that had come loose but was referred to JD Griffith for that. Called them at 7 this morning, still haven't heard from them, am hoping they are as good as Precision. Will purchase product from you after board is secured if possible. A big thank you to the person that came out Sat., he was so helpful and I'm sorry I didn't remember his name.

Our service technician Dan was great. We had a broken spring and he gave a few recommendations after he looked at everything. He didn't pressure us into anything. We ended up getting more than the spring (both springs, cables and rollers) replaced but that was our choice. We got the lifetime warranty also. Dan was fast and made sure that the door worked properly before he left. I am glad that I read so many good reviews and went with Precision.

Chose Precision because three others did not return my call. Rick Bourget showed up in allotted time frame; dx problem and repaired. Cost was very expensive. $59 more would have bought me a new unit. Installed.

A heavy duty operator bracket was suggested but I was told you wouldn't recommend it. Not sure how to get that done. Unless I need to replace the springs in order to have it done. Quote is a bit pricey for recommended work.. Overall friendly service tech. One concern is the light no longer comes on where it did before. Might just be the bulb. Would hire again.

The service repairman contacted me to informed me that he could make the appointment early (This was great). The serviceman was pleasant and cordial. He greeted me with a hello and a handshake! He reviewed the work that needed to be completed and clearly explained each step as he began to work. He completed the work fast and expediently. When finished he explained the work completed and the cost of all parts and labor. He also provided me with an estimate for other work that I requested for the future. This is by far the most pleasant and professional experience with a company that I have ever encountered.

Daniel did a fantastic job. He arrived earlier than the scheduled. Did a quick but thorough check of the system and told me what was needed, then within an hour changed the broken spring, cables, wheel hubs and some rusted out hardware. About 12:20 P.M. on Saturday, New Years Eve, I noticed the torsion spring on my garage door had broken. My fear was that I would be locked out for the weekend. I found Precision Doors on the Yellow Pages, then checked their website for more information. I called Precision, and was told a tech would come between 2 and 4. Jason arrived about 1:45. He explained the two choices of springs that were available, and the reasons that both should be replaced together. Jason completed the installation and door operation check up to my satisfaction in about an hour. I would highly recommend Precision to my friends.
