I googled garage door repair in Milwaukee. Looked through the list and read through Precision Door Service. Located within 5 miles of my home, watched the YouTube video and liked what I saw. Called for estimate on a broken spring. Technician came out between 2-4 pm. Dan & Tony showed up at 2:15-2:30 p.m. Dan assessed my problem and gave me direction. Part was not a standard part that they stock on the truck. The part had to be ordered and they installed it on Aug.5th. I was pleased, satisfied & comfortable with my technician. Dan & Tony. we're pleasant. Good experience. Will refer Precision to others. Thanks.

Last night my garage door was disconnected from the opener because of a shabby job performed by another company who installed the opener and the garage door less than two years ago. Josh came to my door, was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. He summed up the issue and answered all of my questions including information about maintenance of the door. The job was completed in a reasonable timeframe, he summarized all of the work that was requested by me and completed by the technician, He demo'd the repair work and put everything back in place including the door lock on the fence in the back yard next to the garage when the job was completed. Thanks Josh, you did a terrific job!

The staff did a good job of installing my new garage door opener. They were able to configure it to accommodate the previous remote and keyed lock that opens my garage. The new opener works well.
