The team at Precision was responsive, attentive and professional from start to finish. We enjoyed working with Alex, our installer. He had a great sense of humor, spent time to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction and was a delight. He was great with out dogs and helped us understand our new opener, remotes, keypad, and the cool new wireless features of the opener too. I hope to NEVER have to see anyone from Precision again (because of the new everything), but I won't hesitate to recommend them to neighbors and friends.

While I found the employee very knowledgeable, polite and friendly, the quote was not. Sticker shock to say the least. I got second opinion and quote and went with them. Work completed next day and for less than half the price. Sorry!

All i thought i needed was an adjustment, because my door was on even and when it came down the top garage panel hits the top of the garage frame, however they told me that 3 bearings needed replacing plus and re-aligned. The cost was $65 per bearing and $150 dollars for garage to be re-aligned, plus service charge , for a total of $420.00 plus tax. I told the tech that i could not paid that amount, and i could replace the whole garage door for that amount.... He said that the door has damage and it ( yes, it did) however it was working just fine with damage, 4 days ago when i replaced the springs myself,i just did not aligned it correctly, so far as i could tell is if they adjusted it , it would work fine...Long story short...i felt the service was very over priced and one of the Service Tech could have been a little more customer friendly, other then that , Never got to use your service,so my rating is based on my encounter with Service Tech, also he tried to charge me a $84.95 trip charge .However i was quoted $69.95 on the phone when making appointment, the one Service Tech how take my payment seemed annoyed that said that , so i told him to call the company, because i only going to pay what i was quoted. He did not like that and had the attitude that i lie about the trip charge. In my opinion the service was very overpriced. My rating is based only on my interaction with one of Service Tech.

Once again very good service, very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. We thought there was something wrong with the garage door opener but after having it all checked out, there was nothing wrong with it. Just needed to move some items away from the sensors.

Initial contact for service did not go well. Operator's headset was not working correctly and kept cutting in and out. I called back again and was able to schedule a call but with difficulty. The service tech and a trainee arrived exactly on time as scheduled. They had the required cables and brackets on the truck and were able to fix the problem in about 45 minutes. Both techs were pleasant and professional in appearance. This was my third experience with Precision Door in 16 years. I will continue to call them as needed and would recommend them to anyone else needing garage door service.

My elderly grandmother called me on a holiday to let me know that her garage door was broken and she was concerned about get her car out for appointments. I was concerned we wouldn't be able to get someone to come to her neighborhood. But I phoned Precision Garage Door on the holiday and scheduled an appointment for three days later. My grandmother phoned to tell me how friendly he was and what a great job they did. It is a weight off my shoulders to know the work was completed correctly and quickly. Thank you so much. I was surprised that I would need service on a door installed less than 4 mos. ago - however glitches can happen I guess. However I did receive prompt and very courteous service from tech Stan. All seems to be ok now, so I hope for a long and trouble free service from my new door. (found screws and bolts so garage floor that apparently "fell out" causing jerky door opening and closing. 0

I live in a beautiful house on the east side and I have very old, very heavy garage doors that I love. A big old spring snapped, and Stu arrived within 2 hours to not only fix it, but make it safer. So pleased, that I am having him upgrade my other two doors. Stu was very pleasant, explained the issues well, and the best most efficient way to address. Highly recommend Stu!!

The person I had was amazing. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and had my best interests in mind. While I wasn’t able at this time to fix my garage, I can now take steps to make sure the electrical outlets are all working proper to make sure when they come back and do the install, it can’t void the warranty. They put me first as a customer, I would recommend them to anyone who has garage issues.

Will definitely refer you, I had such good service and professional recommendations. Came out on a Saturday an hour earlier than orig. said. Couldn't do the structural board that had come loose but was referred to JD Griffith for that. Called them at 7 this morning, still haven't heard from them, am hoping they are as good as Precision. Will purchase product from you after board is secured if possible. A big thank you to the person that came out Sat., he was so helpful and I'm sorry I didn't remember his name.

Our service technician Dan was great. We had a broken spring and he gave a few recommendations after he looked at everything. He didn't pressure us into anything. We ended up getting more than the spring (both springs, cables and rollers) replaced but that was our choice. We got the lifetime warranty also. Dan was fast and made sure that the door worked properly before he left. I am glad that I read so many good reviews and went with Precision.
