I would give Precision a 5 star rating because they diagnosed the trouble with my garage door, explained to me in simple words what was wrong and what had to be done to fix it. They gave me an estimate of the cost and told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours to repair. They were finished on time, cleaned up afterward, and explained in simple words what they did. They stuck to the estimate quoted. They were personable and thoughtful. What more can a customer ask?

The technicians arrived promptly and were friendly and professional at all times. It was obvious the torsion spring needed to be replaced, but they took the time to fully examine our 15-year-old installation and recommend additional items at minimal additional cost to keep our door working for years to come. A bit over an hour later all was completed, and the garage door works wonderfully - didn't realize how noisy it had been, and very quiet now. We would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone needing garage door repair.

Precision has earned our respect over the years for its superb service, promptness and reasonable fees. We also appreciate you giving a discount for repeat customers. Definitely a 5 star rating. So refreshing to see nowadays that companies actually keep their word in terms of showing up on time and fixing the problem expeditiously. We placed a call to fix the garage door on Sunday and on Tuesday, within 48 hours, it has been repaired. We will recommend you to our family and friends.

He tried different ways of fixing what we had, but we both decided a new garage door opener was what was needed given the age of it. When our garage door refused to open one evening--leaving our cars uselessly stranded in the garage, first we panicked, then we hoped to find a 24 hour service. We looked for a company with excellent reviews and lots of them. Precision Door stood out immediately, so we gave them a call. We received service within 2 hours at 6:30 in the evening. Stu arrived and we were thrilled to find him friendly, patient, extremely knowledgable and skilled. He took the time to explain before and after about the work needed and accomplished. He gave us important tips on keeping our door working efficiently for years to come. Our door now hums up and down quickly and quietly. We enjoyed meeting Stu and appreciated his time, talents and professional attitude. We highly recommend this company. They put customers satisfaction first and are fair and honest.
