Chose company based on yellow page ad, because they offered service in Brown Deer, WI. Opted for a new opener, rather than a repair, because I wanted both a functioning key-pad entry outside the garage door, & a car remote that actually worked. Plus chose to get new springs, cables & brackets on garage door, so they wouldn't wear on the new opener the way they did the previous one. Mike was excellent (5 stars!), explained options clearly, & was more than competent in his installation work & new product instructions.
