The overhead spring broke on garage door. I was stuck! Could not get car out of garage for work this morning. I called in at 7:55 am and scheduled an appointment between 8-10. Daniel, technician, showed up at 8:45 and I was off to work by 10. He gave me a quick overview, pricing, and hour to complete job. It was exactly as stated, and even less then quoted. This is the 2nd time I call on Precision. I hope there is a 3rd in the future, but friendly, courteous, and competitive pricing. Thank you for coming to my rescue today!

We're very happy with the new garage door opener, remotes and keypad. It's all very up-to-date compared to our old opener, which was installed in 1996. The guys were friendly and professional. Verdict: Highly recommended.

Very satified. The guys had trouble with the door closing. It would go so far and go back up, so sure hope it is fixed now. I had to leave @ 2PM while they were working on it, so hope they found out what was causing it to do what it was doing. Just wanted to make you aware of this. I learned about spraying it with lubicant, which I never learned last year when they installed my tenants door. And he must have signed for everything also. He never gave me his code for using the pad entry. Sure wish the installers would have came next door to me when they were done and give me the entry code in case of an emergency and I should have signed off on the door. Oh well.
