Technician was on time, knew exactly what was wrong, gave an estimate and had the opener fixed and adjusted within 45 minutes. He was polite and knowledgeable. The only reason that it wasn't a five was that I thought that the price was a bit high. I could have almost gone to Lowes and gotten a new one for what it cost, but since I know that my opener was good quality and didn't know about Lowe's openers I opted for the repair.

I called Precision Door after finding them on the web because I needed a broken spring replaced on my garage door. The technician, Bakari,was very professional and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job with the repair. He even came back to address a concern I had with the door and he answered my questions going "above and beyond" my expectations. I appreciated the honesty and integrity of he portrayed.

Our old Stanley Garage opener failed and the Service Technician tried to repair but the gears were broken. He gave us the options and we agreed to replace just the opener at this time. He reschedule the install the next day and no repair charge was incurred and appreciated. He was able to come earlier and called to see if it was ok and I said yes but give me about 5 minutes. He took his time to complete the install and replace all the old wiring and put in the new opener and walked through the features after it was completed. Very cold day and I appreciate his excellent work. I would have given 4.5 stars if there was that option. My only disappointment was only one remote for a two car garage and the cost of a second remote quoted I felt was expensive. We found Precision in the phone book we had and I had notice one of your vehicles when I was out shopping and it made a positive impression on me to select it in the book.

Very complete and fast installation. The operating manual was furnished however it does not cover the programming choices on the main control. It would be best to have a paper copy of the choices that are afforded on the electronic menu so that my wife and I can make choices together. Thanks for opportunity to voice my comments.

The technician did a very good job. He even stayed to reset the sensors when I couldn't get it to close because of the sun. My only negative comment was that he didn't tell me there were 2 springs and the cost really surprised me. I told him I was taking back the cookies I gave him - just kidding!

I called for repair of a broken spring. A service tech was at our door within hours. The cost was several times what I had expected, and included new rollers which I agreed to but was not totally convinced we needed. After 2 months since the call I can say that the garage door operates better than new. As I write this it is -15 degrees outside and thanks to the new rollers the mechanism is completely noiseless, which it never was before. We are very satisfied with the work performed and definitely recommend Precision.

We used your services previously and were satisfied, so I called you again for this situation. The person who came out to evaluate the garage door was efficient, personable dealing with customers who would have to put out $$$. The installer, Steve, was on time, explained what he did and the follow up care required. It was at the end of the day and he still took his time to do the job correctly and spend the time with us explaining what he did and answering our questions.

Mike was knowledgable and intelligent. He knew his product and spoke well. He looked things over and gave us a recommendation. The technician arrived on the scheduled time, identified the problem and told me what had to be done. He replaced a cable which had broken due to rust. He suggested both cables be replaced. I agreed. He was very professional and new his job well. He also showed me how to grease the door and suggested I do this couple times a year. Your email contact and background on the technicians is greatly appreciated - a real sign of customer care and service. I will definitely call again when I need service. Very satisfied customer.

We chose Precision because of their 5 star rating. The door looks great and after two additional service calls the door is working properly. Our third and final technician took the time to properly program the operator. I give the 4 star rating because two of the service calls arrived late (3hrs and 1hr).

I clicked the four star response because Ken seemed really honest and sincere. Ken checked the opener and the garage door springs and made some adjustments on the opener that he said should help. He did note that the garage door springs were beginning to weaken but when I asked him if they should be replaced he said that he really could not make that call. Later when I read his comments on the safety checklist he recommended that the springs should be replaced. I wish he would have given me that response when I asked, because with that answer I definitely would have had them replaced. Instead I just paid him for a service call. Again, Ken is very amiable and seems like a very honest and sincere person. I just wish he would have recommended that I replace the Garage Door Springs while he was here. Jerry

Our service technician was great. My wife said he was very polite and professional. We have used your service twice and would continue to do so. The only reccomendation I had to improve it was surrounding a Facebook coupon offer you have. We had liked you guys on Facebook to receive a $30 off coupon. I printed that coupon at work, but forgot to give it to my wife today. The technician was very polite but explained that without a printed version of that coupon, they could not honor it. So my wife was frantically trying to find it. I know it is not a big deal, but it did cause some stress for her to find the printout of the coupon. Maybe you can have a

Service was wonderful. My car was trapped in my garage, and Bakari was able to come to my home quickly (ahead of the scheduled time!), and finished the necessary repairs (springs and cables) in under an hour. He was great - very professional. I'd have him come out to my home to do any future repairs. Excellent. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the price of 90 dollars for cables and 380 for the springs. Pretty steep markup. All said and done, the cost of the repair was just under $500 for 45 minutes of work and a new set of cables and springs.
