We called Precision based on their Muskego phone book ad. Dan the service man came the next day. He quickly found the problem, a badly worn motor gear caused by an out of balance door spring problem. 2 car Door was 15 years old. He gave us a price to replace the opener, springs, & end bearings. It was reasonable. Dan was very efficient & cleaned up when he finished. I was very satisfied.

I had a very knowledgeable Precision service man that took the extra time on an extremely cold evening to come and adjust my opener to make sure the garage door closed correctly. It was due to my garage door opener needing adjustments. He did a fabulous job!
