We called Precision based on their Muskego phone book ad. Dan the service man came the next day. He quickly found the problem, a badly worn motor gear caused by an out of balance door spring problem. 2 car Door was 15 years old. He gave us a price to replace the opener, springs, & end bearings. It was reasonable. Dan was very efficient & cleaned up when he finished. I was very satisfied.

Service Technician, Brandon, was courteous, attentive to reported problem, familiar with installed garage door opener. Basically repairs were to the adjustment settings on the opener required by current sub-zero temperatures. Inspected and tested all parts of the garage door and opener to insure optimal operation.

Problem: My garage door would not stay closed. I had a very knowledgeable Precision service man that took the extra time on an extremely cold evening to come and adjust my opener to make sure the garage door closed correctly. It was due to my garage door opener needing adjustments. He did a fabulous job!

I had just parked my car in the garage and closed the door. Heard a loud bang and both springs had broken along with one of the cables. I was in a bind. Car was stuck in the garage and I had an appointment later in the afternoon. Called Precision around 11:00 a.m. and after explaining my situation they were able to rearrange the schedule to get me an appointment between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Nick Oelze arrived just after 2:00 p.m. and was able to get the door opened so I could get my car out. He did an excellent job of explaining what needed repair. Which was just about everything but the door itself. He replaced everything that needed replacing and set up the new garage door opener. It works beautiful now. Much quieter. Only issue would be sticker shock at how much everything costs these days. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. Would recommend to everyone.

Unbelievably fast service with excellent results. I sent a request for an appointment at 10:30 pm on a Tuesday night and by 10 am the next morning, my new garage door opener was installed and good to go! Who does that?!

Brian my wife has tried to reach you twice. The last time Tony said you'd be unavailable for quite some time . I hope that's not true as we prefer not to deal with him for various reasons! His idea of 100% satisfaction means paying more and that's not about to happen! You could pay me but that's not what I'm after now. The overhead spring broke on garage door. I was stuck! Could not get car out of garage for work this morning. I called in at 7:55 am and scheduled an appointment between 8-10. Daniel, technician, showed up at 8:45 and I was off to work by 10. He gave me a quick overview, pricing, and hour to complete job. It was exactly as stated, and even less then quoted. This is the 2nd time I call on Precision. I hope there is a 3rd in the future, but friendly, courteous, and competitive pricing. Thank you for coming to my rescue today!
