Call Saturday at 8:30am and they were there at 10:30am. Replaced the broken spring, bearings and door rollers in under 2 hours. He explained and showed me the old and new parts, warranties and maintenance to prolong the life of my garage door. GREAT JOB at Fair price!! Will be using you from now on.

This was one of the most enjoyable service calls I have ever had. Jezrel was timely, professional and courteous. Jezrel was our repair technician. He was very polite and went over the issues with the bearings. Replaced the center and two ends and of course the broken spring. Did a nice job of cleaning up after the job and lubricated the double door that had the broken spring and the 3rd car garage door. He also showed me where to lubricate the cables and answered all my questions. I have already added Precision to my list of contractors and plan to leave positive feedback on Angie's List. Highly recommended.

Can't say enough how grateful I was for your immediate service. We were trying to leave for a vacation and our spring snapped on our door leaving us stranded and unable to leave. When I called it was after the overnight emergency service and all appointments were taken. I begged your center to have someone out and was put on hold then told someone would be by by noon. Gentleman was amazing and everything was repaired and we were able to leave for our vacation. No Other Place even returned our call or even tried to help us....soooo thankful for your effort and service....couldn't have left without you!!!!!!

I would give Precision a 5 star rating because they diagnosed the trouble with my garage door, explained to me in simple words what was wrong and what had to be done to fix it. They gave me an estimate of the cost and told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours to repair. They were finished on time, cleaned up afterward, and explained in simple words what they did. They stuck to the estimate quoted. They were personable and thoughtful. What more can a customer ask?
