The man who replaced my garage door opener was total professional in every way. Arrived at the promised time and conducted his work as a skilled professional. I don't think the job could have been done better by anyone.

Service Technician arrived just a little over a hour from the initial phone call. He showed me what needed to be done and went over the options thoroughly. It took just about an hour to complete the job, just as he said it would. While I was writing the check to pay the invoice, Adam gave my old beagle some very nice attention too! All in all a very good experience.

I called this morning and you were able to come out right away. I appreciated that. Though there was nothing that could be done to fix our issue at this time because of the part that is bad on the garage door opener and you do not carry what we need, it was nice to get an answer as to what is wrong with out door. Unbelievably fast service! Contacted them in the afternoon, got a call back that same afternoon. Technician arrived at my house at 6:00 pm, same day. He did an inspection to assess what was wrong; offered three levels of repair 1) necessary, 2) should be done and 3) ideal solution. He had all the parts on his truck and completed the job by 7:15! First time I've ever had that kind of service! I will definitely call them when I am ready to replace my garage door!

I called with a problem at 9AM yesterday 2/25/20 . The service man was out here by 12:30. He was very courteous, and solved the immediate problem, but showed me what going to be the next problem very shortly. He gave me three options, with no hard sell, just the facts. The opener was 18 years old, and a replacement made the most sense. He had a new one in place within an hour. It works just great. The only hard part was finding the instructions in the car manual (it was the very last page) to link the car to the opener. Given the new Wi-Fi feature, I should have made this change a few years ago. All-in-all, a great experience, and thanks again the your man who did the work.

One morning I went to open my garage door and it made a horrible noise and got stuck half way. I've never had a problem with a garage door before, so I did some online searching and chose Precision because of its BBB rating. They answered right away and had someone coming out within the hour! The guy who came was knowledgeable, fast, and helpful. I was on my way to work in no time! I was thrilled with the service of Precision!

Precision rebuilt my garage door last August and the tech was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my many questions. I learned so much that day! When it was below zero last week, the door wouldn't close, so I called again and they sent someone out right away. Stu was GREAT. It was the unit, not the door, and it was due to the cold (it worked fine when he arrived!), but there was no charge and he was very informative about our options. Plus we learned the key pad wasn't working due to the battery needing changing. Top notch company.
