Precision Door was great. I called and got an appointment 4 days later; quicker than I had thought. The technician Rick B was friendly and explained his inspection, what was happening with our garage door, and what needed to be done (replace springs, rollers). He was efficient and got the job done within an hour. Thanks for the service!

Our technician came early like we had requested (we were leaving for vacation), was prepared with all the necessary parts to fix our door (and install a new opener), was courteous and was extremely knowledgeable! I love the quiet and smoothness of the new opener. This is the 2nd time we've used Precision (different issue) and their service & response time were amazing. I highly recommend them!

From the initial call and scheduling of our appointment to our service technician Kurt arriving and quickly taking care of our garage door repair, Precision is definitely a company I would recommend to anyone needing service on their garage door. Kurt went through his repair assessment and offered a few different options. We selected one of the options provided, Kurt went to work, and he was done with the install of new springs and had our door functioning well again. Thanks!

I had Kurt install a new Opener, wall plate, keypad and belt drive. There was nothing wrong with my existing unit but I simply wanted to upgrade. Kurt showed up on time, very professional and inspected my current configuration throughoughly before providing me with a quote. He did make several reccommendations but was not pushy in anyway. He was more than willing to perform the work that I was interested in having done.

The tech that installed our new garage door and removed the old one did an excellent job. Very professional manners. The only comment i have is to make sure to scour the area for any hardware that may have been dropped. A larger screw was left on our driveway which may have caused a flat tire. Vey happy with our new garage door set-up.
