Great service overall. Easy and quick appointment. Our technician, Stu, arrived first thing in the morning, on time along with a reminder phone call. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problems and the steps to fix the door. I was concerned that we would be given an immediate sales pitch for a new door since the door in question was from the 80s. We were instead met with great service repair of the old door in less than 30 minutes! I realize our very old door will eventually fail completely so I asked about a new door. Stu took measurements, explained options, and was not all forceful on selling the option. I now feel prepared with a replacement solution as I know..and Stu knew, that eventually my older door is going to permanently fail. Thanks for the honesty and speed of service. I will be back.

The spring broke on our garage door. I placed a call and they sent someone out same day and repaired it within a half hour of arriving. When we had the springs, rollers & cables replaced 7 years ago, we purchased a liftetime warranty but didn't have it on file. Garage door opener had broken clamp & flipper. Unit is original unit, so its over 20 years old. After technician Matt explained my options, warranties, I decided to have him replace unit vs wait to order a new part. Opener works beautifully, quiet, new remotes & keypad. Matt was SO polite and professional! Never pushed me to replace unit, just explained my choices.
