The overhead spring broke on garage door. I was stuck! Could not get car out of garage for work this morning. I called in at 7:55 am and scheduled an appointment between 8-10. Daniel, technician, showed up at 8:45 and I was off to work by 10. He gave me a quick overview, pricing, and hour to complete job. It was exactly as stated, and even less then quoted. This is the 2nd time I call on Precision. I hope there is a 3rd in the future, but friendly, courteous, and competitive pricing. Thank you for coming to my rescue today!

I received service from Sales Technician, Dan McLaughlin. Dan was very thorough with his work. He diagnosed the problem and made recommendations on resolving the issue. Dan was very professional. He showed me the damaged part of the garage door opener and allowed me to look within the garage opener unit myself. I really appreciated that courtesy.

We're very happy with the new garage door opener, remotes and keypad. It's all very up-to-date compared to our old opener, which was installed in 1996. The guys were friendly and professional. Verdict: Highly recommended.

Very satified. The guys had trouble with the door closing. It would go so far and go back up, so sure hope it is fixed now. I had to leave @ 2PM while they were working on it, so hope they found out what was causing it to do what it was doing. Just wanted to make you aware of this. I learned about spraying it with lubicant, which I never learned last year when they installed my tenants door. And he must have signed for everything also. He never gave me his code for using the pad entry. Sure wish the installers would have came next door to me when they were done and give me the entry code in case of an emergency and I should have signed off on the door. Oh well.

We really like the door..exactly what we wanted. It works very smooth. The door took a little long to get in but worth the wait. It is a very large door and it took a few time to tweek it to get it right. They came right out and got it done. The best part is they returned my calls and answered any questions quickly. Colby was very thorough and professional. I was just expecting to replace my springs, but he pointed out multiple other problem spots and recommended a full rebuild. I was initially worried that the extra work wasn't really necessary, but Colby took the time to explain and show me the other issues. He also explained the lower cost options, but only after recommending the most expensive option. I did feel like I was getting a "hard sell" on the full rebuild, which was worrying. After talking things over, I feel Colby did provide an honest recommendation that was in my best interest. So far I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. My only critical feedback is that leading with the full rebuild option was kind of a shock. I probably would have reacted better if Colby present the low-cost options first and worked up to the full rebuild option.

We had a broken spring and our garage door wouldn't open trapping both cars in inside. We called Precision Door service after a competitor promised to come today and then cancelled. The whole experience was really great. The customer service rep who answered the phone was very professional and knew all the right questions to ask. She was friendly and efficient. She scheduled for same day which made me happy and the tech called earlier than expected. When he arrived, Stu Ellenberger took a look at our garage door and said it needed to be rebuilt. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything. The rebuild was cheaper than replacing all the individual parts and came with a longer warranty. Stu and his helper were done in about an hour and half. They were both super friendly and knowledgeable. The next time I have a door problem I'll be calling here first! Highly recommend them.

We called for an appointment after 5:00 and was scheduled for noon the following day. Lightning fast service! Nick was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and replaced our entire garage door system (except the door) in under an hour and a half. We are extremely happy we called Precision!!
