A couple months following a spring replacement I had a concern about an unaligned bracket and a suspicious noise coming form the door. Daniel McLaughlin showed up on time and made some quick adjustments and assured me the door was safe to operate. Same day efficient response. Very happy with the service.

Couple of nights ago the torsion spring of my garage door broke. I contacted Precision Garage door, set up appointment. Jason came and replaced both of the springs, just to be sure both of them are brand new. This is the second time Jason works on my garage door. Im very pleased with the service and the repair. We received an immediate response from the dispatcher with a convenient, same day appointment to service. The drive sprocket had snapped right off the top of my Lift Master motor. I assumed I'd be buying a new motor for hundreds of dollars. But Nick and his trainee took the motor apart and replaced the sprocket, all for about $165. This was my second experience with Precision. I would unquestionably recommend them.

Very pleased with Dan's level of knowledge. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made a recommendation, and did the work. New rollers are of high quality and were priced reasonably. Door works better now than it has in years. Only issue - we weren't offered a senior discount. I noticed it is offered on your website after I had paid and Dan had left.

5 stars! You can out right away when spring broke. The new door is so much stronger than old one. Door closer mount and tracks are unmovable. Nick worked till almost 9 pm to meet the install time frame. No negatives at all

A cable broke on our garage door and I called Precision based on the excellent reviews that I saw when looking for someone to repair the door. From the lady on the phone for scheduling to Colby (our repair person) my experience with Precision was awesome. I love that they send you and email and let you see the picture of your repair person. Colby was running ahead of schedule and was able to come earlier. He explained everything and suggested what we should do to keep our garage door in tiptop shape. Thank you Precision employees for your professionalism and customer service.
