I couldn't be happier with the service I received for the replacement of our garage door opener. The technicians were friendly, explained what they would do, how to use the new opener and answered any questions I had. They even made sure that the eyes on the side of the door were at the right height for our small dog. Thank you!

Don,t know what to say. I was very happy with everything. There was more repair needed than expected. The tech explained everything and showed me what was wrong. He answered all my questions and was just great. I would recomend this company highly. He needed to put new rollers,cable,bearings and track. They get a 5 star rating from me.

I needed a repair done on my garage door. I checked reviews and decided to call Precision Door. I was not disappointed. Nick, the technician that worked on my door, was just superb. He was on time, very knowledgeable as to what needed to be done, and then inspected the door further to make some minor changes that made my door work much better and a lot less loud. Coldest day of the year. Came installed in a couple hours, done. At first I was unsure, since there was only one choice, but after 6 months, I love it. Programmable, outside key pad, closes automatically, and a phone app, that tells me when the door opens, and if it's currently open or closed.

Daniel did a fantastic job. He arrived earlier than the scheduled. Did a quick but thorough check of the system and told me what was needed, then within an hour changed the broken spring, cables, wheel hubs and some rusted out hardware. I certainly recommend Precision and Daniel to do the work on your garage door.

Very satisfied with this company. Turns out all we needed to do was change the battery in our keypad. So I would have given them 5 stars if they had made that suggestion on the phone before coming out. On the other hand, they did not charge us for labor, just the call out. And, in fairness, they did sort out a possible misalignment in the magic "eyes".

As is the nature of these things, my garage door failed with my car trapped inside the garage on the Saturday of a three day holiday. I called a competitor only to be informed the first time they could come would be Tuesday, effectively trapping us at our house for 3 days. I called Precision, who modified their fully-booked schedule to squeeze me in on Saturday afternoon. Not only that, Nick arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He was polite, professional, and not only fixed the door but replaced other worn parts. Highly recommended!

Dan was knowledgeable and friendly. He worked efficiently and had the job done quickly and as promised. I was stuck in the garage with two cars due to a spring breaking. The door could not be lifted until the spring was fixed. He explained the issue the antipated repair. He was knowledgeable and friendly as I asked a lot of questions as usual. I would not change a spring in my own due to the safety concern but still like to know how things work. I would recommended Precision Door Service to anyone anytime. I called at 9 pm Wednesday and they were onsite Thursday early afternoon as promised. As a service person myself I understand that not all repairs go as planned and Dan was able to complete the repair in a timely manner and adapted to the challenge. We need more hard workers like him in the work force. Great job and thanks again for the great service!! Prices were fair and competitive.

Excellent customer service all the way around! Jason called before he arrived (same day and earlier than scheduled!), and quickly diagnosed the issue which was old and worn out safety eyes (the sensors that control the drop of the door). He even noticed one of the two light bulbs was dark and discovered a corroded socket which he replaced. Very quick and very efficient, we will be sure to contact Precision the next time we need garage door service! This was our second service call to them.
