I called with a problem at 9AM yesterday 2/25/20 . The service man was out here by 12:30. He was very courteous, and solved the immediate problem, but showed me what going to be the next problem very shortly. He gave me three options, with no hard sell, just the facts. The opener was 18 years old, and a replacement made the most sense. He had a new one in place within an hour. It works just great. The only hard part was finding the instructions in the car manual (it was the very last page) to link the car to the opener. Given the new Wi-Fi feature, I should have made this change a few years ago. All-in-all, a great experience, and thanks again the your man who did the work.

I had nothing but wonderful service with Kurt. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it in less than an hour. He was on time and very courteous. I had very good follow up with customer service due to a billing issue and it was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend them again.

One morning I went to open my garage door and it made a horrible noise and got stuck half way. I've never had a problem with a garage door before, so I did some online searching and chose Precision because of its BBB rating. They answered right away and had someone coming out within the hour! The guy who came was knowledgeable, fast, and helpful. I was on my way to work in no time! I was thrilled with the service of Precision!

Precision rebuilt my garage door last August and the tech was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my many questions. I learned so much that day! When it was below zero last week, the door wouldn't close, so I called again and they sent someone out right away. Stu was GREAT. It was the unit, not the door, and it was due to the cold (it worked fine when he arrived!), but there was no charge and he was very informative about our options. Plus we learned the key pad wasn't working due to the battery needing changing. Top notch company.

Garage door spring broke didn't know who to call. Happened to see an ad on tv for Precision garage door repair. Precision Door Service is great! I called in with an issue at 10PM and they were out the next day at 8AM. It was diagnosed and fixed promptly. The technician was super friendly and explained what happened and what was needed to me. He gave me 3 options so I could be within my budget. Precision door had previously installed a new spring mechanism for me and did an excellent job. My door began squealing during closing so I called them back and they came out and adjusted my two top rollers. The young repsirman was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was on time and worked quickly. The door was fixed in no time at all and he was on his way. The door works wonderfully now. This is an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Tad expensive. 2 springs replaced and two bearings cost $497.00. That being said I’m not sure if it’s expensive just seems expensive for two springs and an hour of work. Besides that I can’t complain (not that I am anyway) I called at 6am and they were there by 8:30 am (same day) and had it fixed by 9:00am seems to work great and my wife said the technician was ver Polite and professional. Door works just fine. So if I’m wrong on it seeming a tad expensive and that the going price then I definitely give the highest marks. If it is expensive then that would be the only deduction I had. If price is on point then I definitely recommend them.

Fast service. I called Precision at 9:45 am, the door was fixed by 1:45 pm the same day. Service person Steve knew his "stuff". Explained what needed to be done, and the price(s). All needed parts were on his truck. The door was fixed and he went through the pricing in detail, gave me an invoice and thanked me. JOB WELL DONE! :-)

Door failed on late Saturday afternoon. They scheduled appt. for Sunday Morning. Fast, professional and thorough. Third time we have called on Precision. Our experience from the first has been very positive. Would not even think of calling someone else.
