We called and your technician came the next day. We needed a whole new garage door. Everything was pretty old so we thought it best to get a new one and were impressed by Rick's knowledge of what exactly we needed. Since we won't get our new door for 3 to 5 weeks we can't comment on the actual installation yet are confident Precision will live up to it's great name. Rick was friendly, and knew his stuff.

Last Monday, I had a problem with my garage door, I call Precision Door Service at 1 PM, for help, they had a service man here Monday at 5 PM just the time they said he would be here, with in an Hour he had it working better than it has in month. Curt was very friendly and courteous, he showed me what was broken and told me what he did to fix it. Thank you Curt & Precision very much for the quick service.

I was very pleased with the service from Precision. My garage door wire broke with a bang as it was closing. Within 2 hours of calling Precision, Kurt had my door working again. The door also needed a new weatherstrip along the bottom, so I was happy to get that taken care of as well. I asked if I needed to put silicone on the track and Kurt said "done." I appreciated the fast, good service.

Service Technician arrived just a little over a hour from the initial phone call. He showed me what needed to be done and went over the options thoroughly. It took just about an hour to complete the job, just as he said it would. While I was writing the check to pay the invoice, Adam gave my old beagle some very nice attention too! All in all a very good experience.

Unbelievably fast service! Contacted them in the afternoon, got a call back that same afternoon. Technician arrived at my house at 6:00 pm, same day. He did an inspection to assess what was wrong; offered three levels of repair 1) necessary, 2) should be done and 3) ideal solution. He had all the parts on his truck and completed the job by 7:15! First time I've ever had that kind of service! I will definitely call them when I am ready to replace my garage door!

I called with a problem at 9AM yesterday 2/25/20 . The service man was out here by 12:30. He was very courteous, and solved the immediate problem, but showed me what going to be the next problem very shortly. He gave me three options, with no hard sell, just the facts. The opener was 18 years old, and a replacement made the most sense. He had a new one in place within an hour. It works just great. The only hard part was finding the instructions in the car manual (it was the very last page) to link the car to the opener. Given the new Wi-Fi feature, I should have made this change a few years ago. All-in-all, a great experience, and thanks again the your man who did the work.

One morning I went to open my garage door and it made a horrible noise and got stuck half way. I've never had a problem with a garage door before, so I did some online searching and chose Precision because of its BBB rating. They answered right away and had someone coming out within the hour! The guy who came was knowledgeable, fast, and helpful. I was on my way to work in no time! I was thrilled with the service of Precision!
