I called Precision to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door. When Rick arrived he was honest with me and said the garage door did not need a new rubber seal. He said the garage door needed to be adjusted, it wasn't hitting the concrete. It also needed a new bracket for the opener. Rick explained everything to me and was very nice. It didn't take him long to finish the work. I would recommend Precision to everyone.

Called for warranty service and they wanted to charge me over $400. They told me o ly natural use is covered. Not sure how we could have unnatural use. Then they told me items rusted due to sitting in water. The door and all parts are above ground, and no pooling or standing water is around the area. Concrete garage slab and concrete drive are pitched away from the garage. Warranty is useless. They don't stand behind their lifetime warranty.

We couldn’t figure out why our garage door wasn't opening. The service guy came and we weren’t able to get it open right then and there, but the serviceman was very nice and helpful getting a quote for us.

I had planned on replacing only the broken spring. Service tech came out, examined all hardware and door. Asked how long I planned to stay in the house, and when I told him forever, he suggested several additional things to replace. Told me it included a 10 year warranty parts and labor. No pressure, also gave 2 other options. I went with best option and very happy with performance of door.

We needed our garage door repaired as the spring broke a few months ago and we just wound up not using our garage. We called Precision after reading some of their reviews and because they are local to us. When they looked at our door, they pointed out some other problems with the door and structure. I was not surprised, as the door has been up for over 30 years. we decided to go with an insulated door and scheduled the installation for a few days later, giving us time to clean the garage. The installer came promptly at 9:00 and removed out old door and supports. The new door and supports were installed perfectly, along with a new opener. I am very pleased with their professionalism and would highly recommend them to other. Erin and Michael Mollan

I called on Wednesday and they were out the next day. The Technician, Tony Green came and practiced safe distancing and safe procedures and did the work while I waited inside. When the work was completed he explained what he did and had me try our door before he left to make sure it was up to my expectations. Thank's Tony and thanks Precision for such a professional job.

We called and your technician came the next day. We needed a whole new garage door. Everything was pretty old so we thought it best to get a new one and were impressed by Rick's knowledge of what exactly we needed. Since we won't get our new door for 3 to 5 weeks we can't comment on the actual installation yet are confident Precision will live up to it's great name. Rick was friendly, and knew his stuff.

I was very pleased with the service from Precision. My garage door wire broke with a bang as it was closing. Within 2 hours of calling Precision, Kurt had my door working again. The door also needed a new weatherstrip along the bottom, so I was happy to get that taken care of as well. I asked if I needed to put silicone on the track and Kurt said "done." I appreciated the fast, good service.

Assessment required for sale of home. Technician was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Explanations were clear and reasonable. Quickly found why door was not shutting reliably, but also pointed out areas of serious wear and damage on what was probably the original door. Prepared a quote for a new garage door to be presented to the buyers.

I'm a retired professional engineer who has worked on a lot of repair and replacement projects professionally and at home. The man who replaced my garage door opener was total professional in every way. Arrived at the promised time and conducted his work as a skilled professional. I don't think the job could have been done better by anyone.
