I was very impressed with the service I received from Precision Door. I was able to receive an appointment time that worked with my work schedule and the technician, Steve Gatson kept me up to date on arrival time. He was very polite and thoroughly assessed the situation to determine what the problem was. He explained what he was going to do and why. He ended up replacing both springs, the bearing plates, safety eyes and wiring. He was very professional and efficient. I will definitely recommend Precision Door. Thank you.

I was surprised at the estimate given to me by Steve Gatson. My original thought was the bill would only be roughly $250. I reached that thought by the information given to me by the person I originally spoke to. She told me that the house call was $69.99 and the most expensive spring was $179.00. Little did I know that I needed to have two springs replaced at $179.00 and all the bearings, bringing my bill to a total of $637.95! Very disappointing. But, the good news is that your serviceman Steve Gatson was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and very good at getting the jog done correctly. In my opinion he did an outstanding job.
