We previously had a set of torsion springs installed by Precision and one of them failed a few days ago. We received an immediate response from the dispatcher with a convenient, same day appointment to service. Springs were replaced free of charge immediately by a very professional service team and we are completely satisfied with the service both in the office and at our home. Thank you!.

The drive sprocket had snapped right off the top of my Lift Master motor. I assumed I'd be buying a new motor for hundreds of dollars. But Nick and his trainee took the motor apart and replaced the sprocket, all for about $165. This was my second experience with Precision. I would unquestionably recommend them.

Very pleased with Dan's level of knowledge. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made a recommendation, and did the work. New rollers are of high quality and were priced reasonably. Door works better now than it has in years. Only issue - we weren't offered a senior discount. I noticed it is offered on your website after I had paid and Dan had left.

5 stars! You can out right away when spring broke. The new door is so much stronger than old one. Door closer mount and tracks are unmovable. Nick worked till almost 9 pm to meet the install time frame. No negatives at all

Don,t know what to say. I was very happy with everything. There was more repair needed than expected. The tech explained everything and showed me what was wrong. I needed a repair done on my garage door. I checked reviews and decided to call Precision Door. I was not disappointed. Nick, the technician that worked on my door, was just superb. He was on time, very knowledgeable as to what needed to be done, and then inspected the door further to make some minor changes that made my door work much better and a lot less loud.
