The Precision technicians were on time. Stu checked everything out and explained options for repair. He answered all my questions, replaced broken parts, gave a tune up, and cleaned up. My garage door needed to be serviced immediately. I set up an appointment online and was taken care of quickly. The service technician (Tanner) did a fantastic job. He was friendly and took care of everything in a timely manner. I wouldn't say I would just recommend Precision door service... I highly recommend Precision door service to everyone who wants to have garage door repairs done effectively at a low cost by true professionals.

I thought Jason was very knowledgeable about garage doors. He explained in layman's terms what the problems were just looking at the door. When he got up to examine the door he explained what he was going to have to do and what our options and costs were. He explained what he needed to repair and we were well satisfied about what he was going to do. With Jason's knowledge and skill if in the future we need anew garage door we will be looking at this company. Excellent job and great personality!

They showed up on time, then tried to hit me with an environmental fee for looking at my door and doing no work. I called a second company in, and they performed the repair at 1/3 the price that precision quoted. I doubt this review will appear on any website!

Garage door cable broke on a Sunday and was able to get it repaired the same day at no extra cost compared to a week-day! Nick provided skilled, efficient and professional service. We received new cables and brackets plus had our springs checked and rebalanced. Nick explained the problem, the repair and even gave us advice for maintenance. We chose Precision due to the great experience we had in the past. Thank you!

Precision Door Service will be our go-to firm for any garage door needs from now on, and we highly recommend them. We had a major failure on one of our doors and were looking for someone who could make repairs as soon as possible. We called Precision at 11am on a Saturday, and the technician was already on the job by 1:30pm. We especially appreciate how the technician, Sedrick, took time to fully explain the problem and what it would take to fix, how much the repairs would cost, and how we can maintain not just the door he rebuilt but the other doors as well to help minimize problems in the future. If we need similar services again, we will definitely call this firm and ask for the same technician.

Took a little longer for the parts to come in then I was originally told, but other then that I thought both reps that showed up at the beginning and the end were very helpful, honest, and knowledgable. Nick, who installed my garage door did an awesome job. He was done installing way faster than i would have though, and it looks great.

My technician was Jason Masch. He was courteous, explained everything about why my garage opener was not working. He recommended a new opener and was able to install it immediately. I appreciated the information, his quick yet thorough installation of the new unit and was grateful when he cleaned up.
