Kurt arrived earlier than expected. put on a mask when I requested. Examined the door thoroughly, and gave me a diagnosis and reasonable estimate. He went straight to work, replacing the door opener and hardware, and the electronic means of opening and closing the door. The two technicians are very on time, friendly, informative and patient! I enjoyed my experience with...But the name of the company confused me, which made me think it was the same as the brand name Overhead Door... Actually there wasn't any installation or repairing happening this time, but a free assessment and quote ,which was a nice and reasonable service,except that the quote for replacing the box and sensors are over my budget at present.

Professional-looking ad, 24/7 service, serving Fitchburg drew me to Precision Service. The cost advantage was most important to me, using two coupons in the ad. However I was only allowed to use one, which was not clearly stated, so that changed the total amount due. The technician, Kurt, was awesome! He accomodated masking and distancing. He clearly explained what would need to be done to make my garage door operate safely, answered all my questions, and completed the job in a timely manner.

We just had our new garage door installed. It truly is a great looking door and the installers did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who might be interested in getting a new garage door. Don't buy from the big box stores. You get what you pay for!!!!!! I may have paid a little more but glad I did.

Max Cranfill did a very good job repairing my garage door--he explained what each new part did and was very professional and personable--he also was aware of the need for wearing a mask during this covid19 time--the weather was miserable, very hot and humid and he really worked hard!

Max came and serviced my unit after the chain slipped off the gear. He did a terrific job and got everything back working in a couple of hours, including a tune-up I asked him do on the door itself, the rollers and roller guides. He gets a 5 out of 5.

First I have to say they fixed my door. But what a con job, they replaced a Genie garage door shuttle that had a drive gear rack shuttle that was stripped. A quick Google search had that part as $20 from several places. Precision charged me $100 for that part. A 500% markup. This was after the tried to convince my wife, who was home alone, we needed a new garage door spring ($500+) tracks and rollers ($400+) and that didn't even include the cost of a new opener. So all told we're probably looking at a $1200 garage door repaid for essentially a $20 part. Oh, did I mention they even charged me $15 "environmental fee" and a $69.95 trip charge to throw the old shuttle part away. Buyer beware!!!!!
