The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. Mike Sukup responded and evaluated the condition, explained the status and gave me options to assure that the door system would operate reliably in the future. He replaced the springs, brackets, roller system, made adjustments to eliminate drafts and tested the motor. He obviously has great skills in this work. He is an asset to your company. Now we do not have to be concerned about door system failure or an accident.

Rob showed up when he said he would, identified the issue right away and fixed it pronto. He knows garage doors and openers and did a great job explaining what was going on with ours and predicting its remaining life expectancy. We intend to replace our garage door this summer and will definitely contact Rob first.

The technician arrived early in the two hour window, and assessed the problems quickly, and got the repairs done really quick. He made some good suggestions for further repairs, and the cost seemed quite reasonable.

I called for service last Friday, nit usre what who to call I was impressed with your website. I called and the response was great the tech came within the time I was told. He was curtious and pointed out a number of observations. He qouted me a price and not having a point of reference I agreed. He completed his work suggested I could add soem more work for additional cost, which I could not afford in light of the repair. I retruned to work on Monday and was shocked by an employee person who told me I have over paid for this spring replacment. Up till then I would have said I was a satified customer but I do not believe I can endorse your service if you are overcharging or not competitive. Disappointed

I understand your frustration when talking with someone without knowing the facts, finding an inexperienced door professional in your work place can happen from time to time. Someone will always tell you they can get a better deal, having never been to your home and evaluated the situation. I'm happy to hear that you were satisfied we arrived on time and the technician had explained any and all issues you might have had, and giving you options on what repairs were needed to your door. Please don't forget you were given an option for standard 7k-10k springs, or our Precision High Cycle springs avg.35k, Choosing the high cycle springs that provided you with a 5yr parts/labor warranty. The only companies that are overcharging are the ones that only offer low cycle springs for 1/3 less. When customers shop companies, most search for the cheapest, costing them the most over time. The problem is 99% of all customers believe all springs are the same and nothing could be further from the truth. Our technicians will weigh every door finding the proper IPPT's (inch pounds per turn) giving you the most cycles and the best service for the money. I still haven't heard or found one other company that does this in the area. Thank you! Brian Hennings P.S. I could not be happier with the service. Stu showed up earlier than expected. He was able to get the door I needed and have it installed within a few hours. The serviceman who came knew what he was doing though, and in the end, my garage is operating perfectly. Found you in the yellow pages after a cable broke on my garage door, like the fact that you listed the flat amount charged for the service call. It was very easy to call and schedule my appointment and was told my Service Technician's name. I also liked receiving the e-mail confirmation. Rob Larson was very courteous and professional. He described/explained all of my options. He replaced pretty much all of the moving parts except the garage door. My garage door opener had seen better days; it was nice he had one on hand to install. I highly recommend Precision!

Good afternoon. On Thursday, June 9th, I called your company to get my broken garage door spring fixed. I learned of your company from seeing an ad in the local Pewaukee phone book. I spoke to Teresa, who was able to schedule the repair that morning between 9-11 AM. Within that time period, the repair person showed up at my house. He was very courteous and friendly. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly to me. The technician was able to fix the broken spring, but also fixed my garage door opener unit (that I had broken while dealing with the broken spring). He also suggested replacement of the rollers, which I agreed to. Overall, I was very pleased with his work. He conducted himself in a very professional manner, of which I appreciated. I am a strong believer in positive feedback when warranted. I wanted to make sure I made you aware of my experience with Precision Door Service. Thank you very much.
