Bakari did a wonderful job. I called at 2:00PM, I was told the tech would be there between 3 and 5:00 PM, Bakari got there at 3:45 PM. He installed a brand new garage door opener and fixed the other garage door opener on the other side of our garage -- all in a couple hours. Super great service.. A job well done. Stu was there on time, he gave me a quick break down on what he needed to do and suggested new rollers for the door. He was in and out in under an hour. The prices were a little higher than expected but there wasn't any high pressure sales and my broken spring was fixed quicker than expected.

Stu explained the repair and the cost involved to fix the old door, so we decided to purchase a new door rather than fix the old one. Tom came the next morning and the door was installed very professionally in a short amount of time. Tom explained the warranty, maintenance required, and made sure we had no other questions.
