I contacted Precision when my garage door broke. The door was fixed temporarily, but a new door was ordered immediately, install arrangements were made within hours, and delivery and installation were made as promised. The biggest thing for me was the fantastic customer service, polite, professional, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Upon completion of the install, instructions were given on maintenance of the door with the installer showing us all the important parts of the door and its operation. Best service I've ever had in my life. Thank you!!

Thanks Precision Door! Your technician called when he was on the way so I could meet him. He showed me the problem and explained that he may not be able to repair it. He ended up upgrading the cable for me, which cost more that I hoped, but he was able to do it same day. He was very professional and able to work around my schedule when I needed to leave to pick up the girls.

Called at 8:30pm, and I had an appointment for the morning. Technician Mike Zahn was great, very professional, he showed me what he had discovered when he started taking the garage door hardware apart. Such as the damage that was being done from bad bearings, pulley issues and also what would/could cause future problems. I then decided to get your Torsion Package with the lifetime warranty. I would definitely if possible ask for Mike Zahn again and I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

In November we had our garage door fixed through your services and were satisfied. When this new problem occured we naturally thought of you. It was a bitter cold day and the young man who got out to us about 6:00 pm that evening. I knew he already had a full day of repair work under nasty conditions. He was just great! He found the problem promptly and was pleasant and informative to us throughout the process of repair. We are very satisfied.

The gentleman arrived and checked the door over even though it worked when he got there (of course I had not opened it for 3 days) he checked it over and told me I needed new rollers and explained why, the old ones were made of plastic and the metal rails would freeze and so would the rollers. He gave me the cost said he would have it fixed in 30 minutes and he did. The door opens and is so quiet now, he asked me why I called them, My neighbor had given me there name as he had used this company before. He said to be sure to call if I needed any thing else. Great job.

Technician was on time, knew exactly what was wrong, gave an estimate and had the opener fixed and adjusted within 45 minutes. He was polite and knowledgeable. The only reason that it wasn't a five was that I thought that the price was a bit high. I could have almost gone to Lowes and gotten a new one for what it cost, but since I know that my opener was good quality and didn't know about Lowe's openers I opted for the repair.

Ken was professional and quick. He found bad side brackets and offered to replace those too. Job took him 1 hour on a cold Friday night. I was a bit disappointed in the $65 charge for each of the bracket mounts.

Bakari was very prompt and called 30 minutes before he arrived to make sure that he had the correct address. He assessed the situation and told me that all I needed was a new spring, without trying to give me a sales pitch on buying stuff I didn't need. That was much appreciated. When he was finished, he did show me something that could potentially cause me problems down the line. It was very informative and he was a quality technician. Would definitely call again if a repair is needed.

Mike Gonyo was the rep who came to my house two days in a row and he was a wonderful, conscientious installer! I initially called because my door had fallen off the rollers on a Thursday night. The phone person I talked to was very friendly and offered a dispatch, and reviewed my options. We ended up scheduling a Saturday morning appointment. Bakari the technician that came out Saturday morning was awesome and discussed my options for repair and replacement and decided that a replacement was more cost effective and would fix the root cause of the issue, instead of band-aiding the problem. Steve the installer that came out to perform the replacement was awesome as well, promptly replaced the door and explained to us what we needed to do to maintain the door so we didn't run into issues with it. I was initially hesitant due to reviews that mentioned high cost, but when we discussed the repair and replacement costs they were right in line with what I was expecting for professional service and quality. A+, would recommend.

I was dissatisfied with the delivery of service. The window was from 10-12 we rearranged an appointment and waited the morning. The technician called arount 2PM stating he was running late and would be there in a half hour. We understand schedules are sometimes unpredictable but when he knew he was not going to make it by 12 we should have recieved a phone call to let us know this.......This was a return call as the opener needed to be reset from the day before-- Other than this we were satisfied with the price, knowledge and workmanship from the technician the day before---the second day was a different technician...... The day before I was impressed that the technician called after being notified that the problem was completely fixed. This is the type of service I appreciate. Thank you, Joy Ninedorf
