He fully explained what repairs were needed before commencing with the repair and reviewed the status of the door system after the repair. I was impressed. I was referred to Precision by National Door. They were unable to give me same day service and named your company when I asked for a referral. I'll probably stay with you for any future work.

Mike Gonyo did a very professional job on our garage door. He was able to locate the problem quickly, explain what was happening with the garage door when we tried to open it, and how to resolve it. He explained our different ways of resolving our issue. He was very polite and did not force us into buying anything in particular. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door because of this and the fact that they were able to respond to our issue quickly and their cost of service was cheaper than another well-known Garage Door repair service in the area.

The features and quietness of the Liftmaster were beyond my expectations for a door opener. This opener was an install job for a second door that never had an opener. The technician arrived on the scheduled time, identified the problem and told me what had to be done. He replaced a cable which had broken due to rust. He suggested both cables be replaced. I agreed. He was very professional and new his job well. He also showed me how to grease the door and suggested I do this couple times a year.
