The service technition arrived midway through the 2 hour window. He was very professional and explained the repair completely and gave me an estimate. The springs and plate were repaired promptly. He adjusted and lubricated the door and opener and showed me how to maintain them for best operation and longevity. Thank you!

Mike had installed my new garage door opener earlier this year. I had a service issue and they were able to send Mike out the same day. He spotted the issue immediately with my older door and was able to make an adjustment and it works great. He's the best. I'm thinking of getting a new door and will use Precision. Our original service was for a broken spring in fall 2012. The technician explained about a complete service overhaul for the door which we decided to do. The service was very professional and we have been pleased with the outcome. I called back this May to have the door trim replaced. Again, they were on time and we are pleased with the job. The spring broke on our garage door. When Chris arrived to survey the situation he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient, as I had to keep calling my husband at work with details and questions. Because of the age of the door and it's parts we elected to replace the door and all its working parts. Chris was unable to do the install that day because the door had to come from another location. It is being installed early next week. But we were able to do all of the paperwork and everything ahead of time so that the install should be quick and painless.

We had used your services at another location in Madison about a year ago and was very impressed with the quality of work, service and professional manner as to which the technicians handled themselves. Today my problem was a broken spring. Stu inspected the door, spring and rollers. He was very professional and honest in explaining why the rollers should also be replaced because of their age and that too much stress was being put on the door. We wanted to express our appreciation for the level of customer service the Mike Gonyo provided tonight when he came to look at our garage door. We have been having trouble with the door not wanting to open all the way and stopping part of the way up. Mike did a thorough inspection of what we currently have and explained what he was seeing and testing and he outlined all of our options. There was no pressure to go one way or another and he answered all of our questions completely. We were Mike's last stop for the day and he did not show any signes of wanting this to be a quick appointment. He gave us his full attention and was very friendly and informative. The gentlemen who arrived here were great. They called when they were 15 minutes out and arrived within that time frame. They were out to repair a broken cable , but walked us through the wear and tear of 17 year old garage doors. We had them overhaul both of the doors and with all that they replaced for us the doors are running much more smoothly and quieter. They also discussed with us some preventative maintainence we could do ourselves to help prolong the life of the doors. The best part of it all was the the bill was just as they had quoted us.-no add-ons or other surprises.
