We had our garage door fixed twice this past summer by another company out of Cross Plains and it never worked right. So, I just looked in the Home Pages in the Sun Prairie directory and saw Precision's big add with a $20 off coupon.

Our old Stanley Garage opener failed and the Service Technician tried to repair but the gears were broken. He gave us the options and we agreed to replace just the opener at this time. He reschedule the install the next day and no repair charge was incurred and appreciated. He was able to come earlier and called to see if it was ok and I said yes but give me about 5 minutes. He took his time to complete the install and replace all the old wiring and put in the new opener and walked through the features after it was completed. Very cold day and I appreciate his excellent work. I would have given 4.5 stars if there was that option. My only disappointment was only one remote for a two car garage and the cost of a second remote quoted I felt was expensive. We found Precision in the phone book we had and I had notice one of your vehicles when I was out shopping and it made a positive impression on me to select it in the book.

Service tech seemed more interested in selling me a new opener than looking to see if old one could be serviced. The install went well but had to call back the following day to have new unit serviced, as the chain was not tightened correctly and wouldn't allow the door to open properly every time. The follow up visit went well, and door is now opening properly with the new opener after the adjustments.

Mike took the time to educate this 1st time homeowner on how to care for the garage door, what to look for and when it would be time to call a technician. Hello Brian, your technician did a great job. He was very courteous and a professional. He looked at our situation and quickly sized up was needed. He checked some things out, and decided that the trolley, on the chain bar was stripped and needed replacement. He also suggested greasing the track system on our Genie system twice a year.

Your technician is very good at what he does. While shy at first he is really, really good with the customer, and did a very nice job of giving me advice, which I asked for. He installed a new control panel and offered to do a lubrication since he was here. I was impressed and he should be proud of himself and smile!

Hi, Precision is wonderful! I had to have a new door installed. I think Mike Gonyo came to see what kind of door I needed. He was on time and very nice and thorough. On the day I was to have my garage door installed, I believe it was 20 or 25 below. I had talked to Karen, who makes the appointments,(who was very nice) because I was concerned about the weather and if I should change the appointment. She said that they rarely cancel appointments. She was right - the technician, Steve Stamper, came on time to install the door when it was 25 below zero. He was very nice, came on time, and installed the door within 2 and a half hours when it was 25 below. He was also very thorough and explained everything to me so I could understand it. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone that needed a garage door, repairs, etc.!

I was very impressed with Precision. The call center was helpful and friendly and got me scheduled for the very next afternoon. The technician was excellent. He identified the problem immediately and had everything he needed on hand to perform the repair immediately. The price was reasonable and he was able to answer all of my questions and educate me on the operating system that I had in my home. We will definitely use Precision in the future!
