The gentlemen who arrived here were great. They called when they were 15 minutes out and arrived within that time frame. They were out to repair a broken cable , but walked us through the wear and tear of 17 year old garage doors. We had them overhaul both of the doors and with all that they replaced for us the doors are running much more smoothly and quieter. They also discussed with us some preventative maintainence we could do ourselves to help prolong the life of the doors. The best part of it all was the the bill was just as they had quoted us.-no add-ons or other surprises.

Bakari did an excellent job. He began with a complete inspection of the door and pointed out other components that had already failed, or were about to. Sure this gets them more business, but it is also a good service in that it saves an extra service call when something else fails (and an extra couple of days of parking outside). Service was quick and he cleaned up after himself completely. After the job was complete he fully explained everything he did and even offered to adjust the garage door opener (which was not part of the repair).

The Technician was great as well as the service. My only issue was that when I called to get a quote, I was told that the price would be a service call plus parts. I was charged a fuel surcharge. I was not told that on the phone.

I found your business in the phone book and chose it because it was closest to my home and I needed repairs in a hurry. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful,and she sent Ken to my home within 45 min. He was also very pleasant and knew his job thoroughly. After explaining my problem to me and offering me several choices he proceeded with the extensive repairs immediately. He finished them in a timely manner and I am completely satisfied and happy with the results. I had never heard of Precision Door until now, but I consider myself lucky to have chosen them. I did like the video, but I most liked the fact that you gave a profile of the technician that would be coming out to my home, I felt more at ease. Ken was very professional when he came out and described what he was going to be doing and when he was finished he showed me what my old part looked like and what the new part looked like that he had replaced, he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I was very pleased with his work, the price wasn't too bad, and I now have a working garage door that is actually a lot quieter then before. I will recommend Precision to others!

Jim was great but I am not happy about the "Save $20 on the service call" note in the yellow pages only to be told this is not valid unless you purchase something during the service call. Seems to me this $20 should be in addition to the $20 saved for buying parts. There is no fine print in the add mentioning this.
