18 hours after discovering my broken garage door spring, I have a fully operating door with all new parts and it looks/sounds a million times better. In addition, I learned way more than I ever expected about garage doors and their upkeep!!! Stu was very patient with explaining it all to me and then my husband again when I called him to discuss options. He showed me all the old parts/issues and how to take care of the new rollers and door overall. He checked the whole system out and even took a look at the other door "since he was there" just to make sure it was all good to go too! No one likes to have an issue but I love that we found a great new ally to add to our phonebook for when those unexpected problems do show up.

Excellent Service. My garage door spring broke Wednesday night. I called at 8:00 AM the next morning. I was told that some one would be at my house between 9 and 11. AT 9:10 the repairman arrived and by 9:40 he was gone.

Mike Gonyo did a very professional job on our garage door. He was able to locate the problem quickly, explain what was happening with the garage door when we tried to open it, and how to resolve it. He explained our different ways of resolving our issue. He was very polite and did not force us into buying anything in particular. I purchased the new Liftmaster Belt Drive Garage Door Opener, WOW is it quiet! The Service Technician was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The features and quietness of the Liftmaster were beyond my expectations for a door opener. This opener was an install job for a second door that never had an opener. The install was fast yet attention to detail was a priority. Great job and I would certainly call again.
