My rating is five stars, that's why I called Precision for this first time. After my failed attempt to replace the torsion springs, Mike repaired my garaged door in no time at all. Mike also gave me some very good advise on maintaining and caring for the door to insure best level of operation. I plan on calling back soon to have Mike replace the bottom weather stripping on the door. The garage is heated so this will help save on heating cost.

5 Stars is my rating. I had a great experience with your company. This is the second time I have used your company. Krissy was great on the phone when I first called to set up the appointment, and Mike Zahn was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. It ended up being a simple fix of replacing my two plastic light sockets that were "fried" from constant use and jiggling on my overhead unit for the door I use most. Mike was in and out quickly. I would highly recommend your company.

They showed up right on time. The technician was very nice. He gave me many suggestions to maintain my garage door. My only complaint is that I was not quoted over the phone with the service call or fuel surcharge fee. I understand that a service center gives out quotes, but misleading none the less. Over all I am very satisfied with the service.

We wanted to let you know how pleased we were with your company's service call at around 2 PM this afternoon. The service technician was prompt, friendly, thorough and courteous--traits rarely dound in today's workforce. You've got a real winner there! Based on our experience with him, we would definately contact your company agin if/when we need any future work done--and we will be "spreading the word" about the excellent service we received. Thank You!

Your service man was at my home and was an absolute joy to work with. I will look into the purchase of a new door and will most certainly go to your company based on this experience. He got my door going and this allowed me the opportunity to take some time to make a decision regarding what sort of door I would like.
