Stu is the proud father of a 14 year son. He enjoys the outdoors and hunting and fishing are just a couple of his favorites hobbies. "Anything that goes fast!" is what will catch Stu's interest the most. Stu loves being a certified technician for Precision Door Service because he says he really loves to teach people about the largest moving part of their home. He enjoys meeting new people every day and the challenges that are presented with each new assignment. Stu's other interests include working on computers and electronics. He loves when his mind is challenged.

Had an issue with the garage door not sitting flush to the ground after installing new weather striping. Called Monday morning and they were able come that same day between 8 and noon. Once the Technician was onsite, he checked out the door and found that one of the cables was coming apart. After talking with him he said that we had Full Lifetime maintenance and the repair and complete door check was covered under warranty. Only had to pay a Trip charge which was under $90.00 Door is just like new again. I'll be telling everyone about this and will highly recommend them and all door services.

They did a nice job, but had hidden fees that I didn’t see until they left. There’s a $70 trip charge, just so they get paid to take your money then they pile on an “environmental fee” on top of all the marked up parts and labor. I need a new overhead door, I think I’ll be shopping around more.

I was in a tight spot, I called there 24/7 at 630 in the morning. They were polite and Courteous. They said they'd have someone out between 8-12. He was there by 9. It was fixed by 1030.

I selected Precision because of the Google review and Google guarantee. My experience was very positive. They arrived next day in less than 24 hours on time or actually early to their 12-4 appointment window, 12:10 PM to be exact. The technician was extremely informative, thorough and expert and professional. He made the necessary repair and tuned up (i.e. adjusted, lubricated and re-programed all remotes). I would estimate he was here just over an hour. However, the Precision service call charge went from $69.95 to $284.90! So to sum up this review the service was outstanding but not cheap! The 4 stars is solely related to price.

I needed a new garage door after my oldest backed into it with the car (oops!). A rep was sent to give me an estimate and assess the situation and soon after I have a great new door, motor, the works. All turned around from estimate to finished job in less than a week that included Thanksgiving. The only downside was a defect from the manufacturer, some slight damage to the bottom panel which will be replaced, judging how everything was handled I don't anticipate any problems. I highly recommend. I chose Precision because they were in my hometown and had lots of very good reviews on Google. Thank you for a job well done.
