The gentleman arrived and checked the door over even though it worked when he got there (of course I had not opened it for 3 days) he checked it over and told me I needed new rollers and explained why, the old ones were made of plastic and the metal rails would freeze and so would the rollers. He gave me the cost said he would have it fixed in 30 minutes and he did. The door opens and is so quiet now, he asked me why I called them, My neighbor had given me there name as he had used this company before. He said to be sure to call if I needed any thing else. Great job.

Very complete and fast installation. The operating manual was furnished however it does not cover the programming choices on the main control. It would be best to have a paper copy of the choices that are afforded on the electronic menu so that my wife and I can make choices together. Thanks for opportunity to voice my comments.

The tech gave the suggestion that the whole hardware system, because of its age, would be a good idea to replace. I called for repair of a broken spring. A service tech was at our door within hours. The cost was several times what I had expected, and included new rollers which I agreed to but was not totally convinced we needed. After 2 months since the call I can say that the garage door operates better than new. As I write this it is -15 degrees outside and thanks to the new rollers the mechanism is completely noiseless, which it never was before. We are very satisfied with the work performed and definitely recommend Precision.

18 hours after discovering my broken garage door spring, I have a fully operating door with all new parts and it looks/sounds a million times better. In addition, I learned way more than I ever expected about garage doors and their upkeep!!! Stu was very patient with explaining it all to me and then my husband again when I called him to discuss options. He showed me all the old parts/issues and how to take care of the new rollers and door overall. He checked the whole system out and even took a look at the other door "since he was there" just to make sure it was all good to go too!
