Nick recently moved from Minnesota to Madison and has one older sister. Nick has a wonderful sense of humor and likes to crack jokes and tell us all, how great Minnesota is. Nick spends his free time playing disc golf, video and board games with friends, building computers and watching his favorite TV shows. Once Fall comes around you'll find him watching football and rooting for the Minnesota Vikings. One of Nick's most memorable accomplishments was being recognized at the Minnesota State Fair for his hard work and was awarded a Minnesota State Fair, AllStar MVP Award. He enjoys working at Precision Door because of the different challenges he runs into everyday. He likes to present solutions to customers garage doors issues and fixing them immediately.

My garage door spring broke and the technician was out when he said he would be there. He was extremely polite and gave me options and explained the options. He did excellent work and was done in one hour. I was extremely impressed with him and his knowledge and handy work. I only wish I could remember his name but tell him thanks for his quick good work.

Very satisfied with the whole process and the technician Nick Oelze. The customer service from the initial call was professional, and informative. Setting up the appointment was easy and they were readily available to my schedule. The website also provided a lot of information and discounts which I used to waive the trip charge. Nick Oelze was also very professional, friendly and did a great job. I am very satisfied with their product also however, it was a bit pricey but since they offer lifetime warranty I believe it's WORTH it. For spring repairs I would suggest future customers to know what kind of spring system they have when calling to set up the repair. Precision does not work with outdated EZ set torsion springs, and they will convert them to a normal torsion springs which would give you a better system overall along with their oil coated springs. You get a better product!

I came home to a broken garage door after hours the day before the long Labor Day weekend. I called the firm that had installed the door. They did not call back the following day, so I called them and they said they could not come out until after the long weekend. I called Precision and they came at the early end of the two hour time they had given me. The technician gave me two suggested routes for repair and improvement. He explained everything. He was thorough and professional. Precision Door Service is our NEW provider!

Nick did a great job. Very courteous and clean work. He provided an assessment of the general condition of the door and made 3 sets of suggestions depending on our usage and expected life of the door. We had a good discussion and selected the options that fit our situation best. Nick was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and took the time to show/compare the various parts offered.
