Nick recently moved from Minnesota to Madison and has one older sister. Nick has a wonderful sense of humor and likes to crack jokes and tell us all, how great Minnesota is. Nick spends his free time playing disc golf, video and board games with friends, building computers and watching his favorite TV shows. Once Fall comes around you'll find him watching football and rooting for the Minnesota Vikings. One of Nick's most memorable accomplishments was being recognized at the Minnesota State Fair for his hard work and was awarded a Minnesota State Fair, AllStar MVP Award. He enjoys working at Precision Door because of the different challenges he runs into everyday. He likes to present solutions to customers garage doors issues and fixing them immediately.

Had two springs, bearings and rollers replaced. Technician was knowledgeable, made recommendations, but didn't feel like I was pressured to purchase 'extra' services. Service was done in less than an hour. Would use them again, but hopefully not for a while!

The drive sprocket had snapped right off the top of my Lift Master motor. I assumed I'd be buying a new motor for hundreds of dollars. But Nick and his trainee took the motor apart and replaced the sprocket, all for about $165. This was my second experience with Precision. I would unquestionably recommend them.

I needed a repair done on my garage door. I checked reviews and decided to call Precision Door. I was not disappointed. Nick, the technician that worked on my door, was just superb. He was on time, very knowledgeable as to what needed to be done, and then inspected the door further to make some minor changes that made my door work much better and a lot less loud. As is the nature of these things, my garage door failed with my car trapped inside the garage on the Saturday of a three day holiday. I called a competitor only to be informed the first time they could come would be Tuesday, effectively trapping us at our house for 3 days. I called Precision, who modified their fully-booked schedule to squeeze me in on Saturday afternoon. Not only that, Nick arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He was polite, professional, and not only fixed the door but replaced other worn parts. Highly recommended!

They showed up on time, then tried to hit me with an environmental fee for looking at my door and doing no work. I called a second company in, and they performed the repair at 1/3 the price that precision quoted. I doubt this review will appear on any website!

Garage door cable broke on a Sunday and was able to get it repaired the same day at no extra cost compared to a week-day! Nick provided skilled, efficient and professional service. We received new cables and brackets plus had our springs checked and rebalanced. Nick explained the problem, the repair and even gave us advice for maintenance. We chose Precision due to the great experience we had in the past. Thank you!
