Great communication. Great assessment of the situation and options but without high pressure. Only explanations of the conditions and options. The necessary parts were on the truck (springs, new shaft, new drums, new rollers) and they were done in in about an hour. The door works great!

Precision had a real person answering the phone whom was able to give me an appointment time for a technician to come out that worked with my schedule. I received a call from the technician 30 minutes before he felt he would arrive, and a text message from the company with a picture of Kurt Schneider. Kurt was courteous answering my questions and thoroughly explaining options for correcting my garage door problem. As a curious senior citizen, Kurt invited me to watch him examine the door for the cause of it not closing, and to watch him fix the door. I was impressed with Kurt's knowledge of the mechanical engineering of garage doors and their operation. He was able to easily see that my door no longer had replacement parts available (at least 33 years old). He was also able to give me accurate information regarding cost of a new door, and a timeline for it to be installed. I forgot to ask just where Precision is located. It was not in the add in the Milton Yellow pages. Though I have seen the adds on TV, I have never picked upon the location from them either. I look forward to having my new garage door installed in 4-5 weeks.

As always, the service was timely and Jake not only fixed our (luckily minor) problem, but also showed me a few things about the opener and how to do some trouble shooting as well as explained our back up battery system. For the past couple days, I was looking for a company that has really good reviews. Google is so easy. Then I came across this company and I knew it was the one I would use. I called Monday morning and by early noon Colin was at my door ready to work! He talked to me through two different options. I chose the one that worked best for me. I had a broken spring, so there were wires sticking out everywhere. I also had issues with my garage door roller coming off the track. He fixed them and more and got everything looking new again! So happy to be able to pull my car in garage knowing that snow is coming again! Thank you Colin you made this easy for me.

We had a spring break late Friday night and I thought we'd be stuck without a functional door for days. Fortunately, I reached Precision and my phone call was answered by a live person - even on a Saturday morning! An appt was set for the next day (Sunday). Colin was a great tech; called ahead to confirm he was on his way with an ETA, showed up in logo'd gear and van so I knew it was him, walked through the issue with me, patiently went through the repair requirements and maintenance options, then went right to work as soon as we had agreed on next steps. He was finished faster than I thought he'd be, he went through again what he'd fixed, worked through the billing, and was on his way. Overall, a great experience and I'll be calling Precision again with any future needs.

We experienced excellent service. Our garage door opener broke this morning so at 7:30 a.m. I chatted online with a customer service agent who scheduled same-day service.
