My experience with your company exceeded any and all expectations of a service call. Mike was outstanding. I don't have anything but positive things to say about the service, the equipment and most of all, his professionalism and education. I've had a lot of service at my home and have never had anyone as knowledgable,courteous and informative as Mike. Your company will be recommended to every person I know based on his work. Great customer service from the phone operators, as well as the technician. Bakari was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He pointed out a number of things about my existing garage door and related parts that were not up to current performance and safety standards. Very pleased with the outcome. Great experience!

I had a cable that snapped and a rusted roller. Mike called and scheduled the appointment in a very timely manner, was professional, and got the job done in a matter of 45 minutes. He explained what was to be done before hand, explained why both cables should be replaced, gave a price estimate, and left nothing to surprise. I will be contacting precision door for future repair's, service, or new installations. Excellent service.
