Due to an unexpected breakdown of our overhead garage door on Sunday as we were leaving for Church, we needed to find help fast so that we could get our cars out and secure our home, as the door would not open, We did manage to open it with the manual release but after closing it would not open again. This emergency prompted us to look for help fast and on a Sunday morning, we did not expect to have much success in doing so. Upon our return home I immediately checked the internet and found the website for Precision and low and behold they had a 24 hrs 7 day phone number I called and spoke to a very professional and helpful lady who got us set up right away for an earlier Monday morning repair I was amazed and thankful. I read the reviews for Precision and in doing so felt we made a wise choice, However experiencing their work in person would be the real judge and we can only say that after their service agent Collin Horsch contacted us to tell us what time he would be arriving as promised and the subsequent repair he completed for us we can only say that a 5-star rating of his company is well earned, he was professional and most helpful in explaining our options, he worked quickly and professionally to complete our repairs to our full satisfaction. I am so happy with my new garage door and instillation. I chose Precision Garage Doors from an add that stated I could buy the door, and instillation from Precision, which gives me a warranty. The Door is the perfect color, without painting. And most of all, it runs so quite. And it's weather strong, I have no concerns that I will have rain or snow in my garage again. My instillation guy was courteous, neat, and, did a perfect job. And he neatly took away the old door and parts. Thank you, Precision for a job well done. I'm already getting compliments.

From the moment we called on a Saturday afternoon and spoke with a live person regarding our issues, we were given prompt and courteous service. They set us up for immediate service for Sunday morning. Our technician from Precision Garage Door of Wisconsin was the best. He contacted us prior to his arrival to give us an ETA. He was pleasant, professional and very thorough with our repair project. We were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door assistance.

I chose Precision based on the recommendation of my brother-in-law. I got good, fast service from a very good technician but there is some serious price gouging going on here. Precision appears to be the "California Closets" of the garage door world in this regard. In other words, while I expected to, and was willing to pay a higher than normal premium for fast and good repair service I did not expect to get charged such obscene prices. Total parts: Main torsion spring for $190, center bearing for $70, cable drums (x2) at $70 each, ~15' of steel cable for $110, and 10 rollers at $22.59 each = $750 total bill. Outrageous markup on parts. The total repair was done in less than 1 hour. Spend the profits well. You won't be seeing any more from me. One other thing. Please stop saying same-day emergency service on your website until you are actually able to do that. I had to wait two days.

I called Precision on Friday at 1:30pm because I needed same day service and I was drawn to Precision’s advertising promising same day service. Unfortunately, they could not get me in on Friday and I was scheduled for Saturday between 4pm and 6pm. My garage had to remain open all night which made me nervous. Stu contacted me on Saturday at roughly 3pm telling me he would be there at 4pm. When I arrived, he was there and he already had three repair options to show me on his IPAD. The prices for all three options were much higher than I expected however, based on Stu’s recommendation, I chose the “Best” option. Stu was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He completed the job by 5:15pm. He explained the lifetime warranty to me and based on the system he installed, I am confident that I will not be having any garage door issues for a long time. The overall service/experience with Precision was very good and I would recommend Precision to a friend.

We are extremely pleased with the work provided by Precision and Matt, their field service technician. Matt explained the issues with our problematic garage door opener. He reassured us that the 25 year old door open could be repaired. However, we elected to have a new one installed. Was able to talk to a rep. & get the service I needed right away. Tried other companies with the numbers being disconnected or no one would answer. I know if I have a problem I can call & someone is there night or day 7 a week , even on weekends - Saturday or Sunday. That is reassuring if I have a problem someone is there to answer the phone & send someone out if needed.

I called Precision door around 10 AM and the technician was at my house at 1:00. He only needed to replace the springs because the door was still in good shape. He could have performed more work but said my door really didn't need it. The door works great and is pretty quiet. I'm very satisfied.

This company was excellent. One of our door openers had stopped working so we contacted Precision. The customer service rep we spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. They responded very quickly and sent out a service tech named Rick who was courteous, friendly, and professional. He was able to immediately diagnose the problem as being a bad circuit board and had the opener fixed in no time! He then noticed that the light bulbs in our two openers were not the correct size so he replaced them for us with the correct ones we had on hand. Rick then inspected all aspects of both of our double garage doors and found no other issues. Before he left, Rick also lubricated the rails on both of our doors. Needless to say my wife and I were both very impressed with this company's service and professionalism

Dear Mgr of WisGarageDoors.com, I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for employing Stu Ellenberger. He was just at our residence for a service call that our local Bldg. Inspector indicated was necessary due to improper garage door opener installation. The electric eyes on the door were installed at a hgt. of 12” from the base vs. the 6” hgt. that the Bldg. Inspector said is the correct hgt. As Stu pointed out, there is no state code governing the electric eye height. The mfg. recommendations are that the installed hgt. should be between 6" and 12’’, which it is. I must add here that the garage door openers have always worked perfectly! Thanks again to Stu for being on top of his trade! He saved us a needless repair and from fixing something “that ain’t broke”! He was knowledgeable, on time, courteous and is an excellent representative of what Precision Door Service stands for.
