The two very friendly service technicians arrived early Saturday morning, on time and had my door operating properly in minutes. I had a cable that snapped and a rusted roller. Mike called and scheduled the appointment in a very timely manner, was professional, and got the job done in a matter of 45 minutes. He explained what was to be done before hand, explained why both cables should be replaced, gave a price estimate, and left nothing to surprise. I will be contacting precision door for future repair's, service, or new installations. Excellent service.
