After activating all safety conditions with door, within 30 minutes he had completed the installation of door's new weather guard. After testing all clearance of door several times, he made me watch the final test to ensure that I was satisfied with finished product. I was.

Recommended by Homeadvisor and then they proactively reached out to me by text, email and phone. Due to their high rating I felt comfortable enough to have them come out. The technician Kurt came out, was very curteous and reviewed the garage door and opener. Both are about 20 yrs old. He said the garage door was in good shape but the opener had rodent damage and is why it was not working. He quoted us what a repair versus a new opener would cost. We decided on the new opener due to the age of it. He replaced it right away which only took about an hour and stepped us through the differences. A very pleasant experience all around.

Phone reps were very professional and helpful to answer my questions. Jake the tech was very professional and got the job done right! However, beware of pricing and knowing upfront what they're charging as it got a little skewed in the end as far as total, using coupons and the work that was actually performed etc. There was no maintenance done as charged for. In checking around with other Garage Door Servicing companies i realized that Precision is way higher priced than others. For example charging $20 per roller replacement vs. $5-$10, twice as much for a keypad, labor etc.
