Max Cranfill did a very good job repairing my garage door--he explained what each new part did and was very professional and personable--he also was aware of the need for wearing a mask during this covid19 time--the weather was miserable, very hot and humid and he really worked hard!

Max came and serviced my unit after the chain slipped off the gear. He did a terrific job and got everything back working in a couple of hours, including a tune-up I asked him do on the door itself, the rollers and roller guides. He gets a 5 out of 5.

When I called for the repair service, had difficulty with the ability to hear the call taker and I was not fully certain if my needs were met. The repairman did call to confirm the appointment and was on time. He was neat, clean and polite. I found him to be attentive to my requests and knowledgeable in his trade. I would not hesitate to use the company or repairman again.

Well Brian, since you asked... I contacted your company based on an add in our local phone book - Burlington, WI. Your technician Stu came out and immediately told me that my door was a cheap one and there was no professional garage door company that would touch it. He told me that it had a cheap easy wind spring system and that he could replace it with a torsion spring system. He was thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He gave me an estimate for the job in the amount of $983.95. I felt that seemed pretty high and told him I would discuss it with my husband and call if I wanted him to do the work. I then called the Joe Wilde Company. Their technician came out and diagnosed the problem identical to your tech. The price however was "jaw droppingly" less. They charged me just $380.00 for the replacement as well as lubricating and assessing the health of my other 2 doors! Thank goodness I got a 2nd opinion because a difference $604.00 for the same job and I have no doubt - comparable parts and material is shocking and you might want to review your prices and practices. I know that this review will never show up on your website but you know that you will never get a recommendation from me. Good luck with your business.

William was the young man that came to help me. He did such a great job. Timely, polite, knew what had to be done. Went to work right away, never took a break, finished in a timely manner. Went over everything with me explained what the new product would be able to do and what the warranty covers and for how long. I called 6 companies and your the only company that reached out to me. I went online for garage door companies and your site was there with so many people writing wonderful comments about your company and they were absolutely correct. The overhead spring broke on garage door. I was stuck! Could not get car out of garage for work this morning. I called in at 7:55 am and scheduled an appointment between 8-10. Daniel, technician, showed up at 8:45 and I was off to work by 10. He gave me a quick overview, pricing, and hour to complete job. It was exactly as stated, and even less then quoted. This is the 2nd time I call on Precision. I hope there is a 3rd in the future, but friendly, courteous, and competitive pricing. Thank you for coming to my rescue today!

We're very happy with the new garage door opener, remotes and keypad. It's all very up-to-date compared to our old opener, which was installed in 1996. The guys were friendly and professional. Verdict: Highly recommended.

Very satified. The guys had trouble with the door closing. It would go so far and go back up, so sure hope it is fixed now. I had to leave @ 2PM while they were working on it, so hope they found out what was causing it to do what it was doing. Just wanted to make you aware of this. I learned about spraying it with lubicant, which I never learned last year when they installed my tenants door. And he must have signed for everything also. He never gave me his code for using the pad entry. Sure wish the installers would have came next door to me when they were done and give me the entry code in case of an emergency and I should have signed off on the door. Oh well.
