Stu was our tech. He arrived at our home and quickly determined we needed new springs and bearings. He took the time to explain what work would need to be done and how he was going to do it. My wife explained we were having issues at times with the garage door opening. Stu looked at it and determined the eyelets were not installed correctly. He fixed the issue for us the garage door works perfect. Stu was wonderful, professional, courteous. He worked quickly and cleaned up when he was finished 5 stars for Stu all the way around I recommend keeping this guy around. Excellent customer service all the way around! Jason called before he arrived (same day and earlier than scheduled!), and quickly diagnosed the issue which was old and worn out safety eyes (the sensors that control the drop of the door). He even noticed one of the two light bulbs was dark and discovered a corroded socket which he replaced. Very quick and very efficient, we will be sure to contact Precision the next time we need garage door service! This was our second service call to them.

I initially called Jim's Garage Door Service (who I've used in the past) and scheduled an appointment. The Tech didn't call or show up on the scheduled day/time. I emailed Jim's Garage Door Service and got an automated response. "Thanks for contacting us we'll contact you soon.", but they didn't. So I searched for another service in the Racine area. Precision has a lot of nice reviews, so I called and a Tech arrived, as scheduled; the next day. Kahala and his assistant did a great job. I removed and tossed the Jim's Garage Door sticker that was on my door; don't need it, I'll call Precision in the future.

We had several other garage door repairs in the past by different companies. We were never satisfied with the job that they did which is why when we had to have our garage door serviced again we called Precision. Our technician, Dan, walked us through the repair process detailing what was wrong and what our options were to fix it. He performed the work and gave us valuable pointers on how to keep our garage door in top working order. Should we have another issue with our garage door you can bet that we will call Precision again!

I called about 9 in the morning after looking for companies on the internet for replacement of a broken spring. I had a choice of 3 different time frames for the same day. I picked one and the technician Jezrel was there on time. He did a terrific job, explaining everything that needed to be done. He suggested that certain things should be replaced since these items were original but only if I wanted them replaced. I told him to go ahead and he was done in just over an hour. The door is much quieter now then it has been in a long time. I would definitely recommend Precision for any garage door problem.

I was having trouble with my garage door not closing with the opener in the recent sub-zero temperatures. Jezrel White came during the appointment time and explained that one of the sensors was not working properly. He replaced both sensors and made sure that the opener itself was in good condition. He did notice that my rollers are loose and need replacement sometime soon. I will be calling Precision to have that fixed this Spring as I did not want to make Jezrel do the repairs when it was only 5 degrees outside. Jezrel was courteous and explained everything very well.

Prompt, convenient, excellent work. Josh quickly figured out the problem -- a wire to the photo sensors had gotten caught in the spring and broke, not allowing the door to close. He patched the wire and stapled it to the ceiling so that it was completely clear of the spring. He also showed me how to manually open and close the door and did an overall inspection. I'll use Precision anytime I need anything to do with my garage doors.

Fast service, knowledgeable. technician, and quality work. Our garage door opener went out due to a lightning strike and we chose to just replace unit because of it's age. Call Saturday at 8:30am and they were there at 10:30am. Replaced the broken spring, bearings and door rollers in under 2 hours.
