Our garage door opener was not installed today, but the tech told me what needed to be done before the install and was very informative on what needed to be done. He was an immense help and I plan too have an electrician re-route wiring that was in the way as he was not legally able to do. We needed a LISENCED ELECTRICIAN for the small wiring job. A great informed tech and was curtious. I plan to call and re-schedual the install with him as soon as next week.

The cost of your opener was outrageous. I found it online for 159 less. Other than that, everything was fine. Your technician was knowledgeable and friendly.

I understand that comparable products can be found online at a discounted price. Some differences between operators found online and ones installed through a reputable company, is that we have a completely solid 7' belt rail for the operators, compared to a rail that comes in 3 pieces. These 3 piece rails will sag and flex, causing unnecessary wear to your operator and door components. Also, buying items online still requires you to pay for someone to install it and your installation warranty from a non-reputable company may be as good as seeing the tail lights of their truck.

Your large ad provided an immediate response from friendly local staff and they were efficientat the service. Plus, I received a 5 year warranty. However, I only wished I would have received a better discount for buying all that was offered. I only had one broken spring. A second spring and a bearings were also installed.

Replacing your single spring system with a two spring system will ensure a better operating door that will extend the life of the springs and your operating system. And you did receive a discount for purchasing a package. Which provided you a savings of $214.00!

From the start Harris was helpful in explaining what needed to be done to make the garage door work properly. He was very polite and professional and gave me all my options including the costs. Great service! Contacted Precision Door in the evening and had a repair technician out the next morning. Our tech., David Bolek, fully explained the repair needed and had the new springs installed in 1/2 hour. Fully satisfied with David's work and the warranty provided.

Your service technicians(Mike Gonyo/DJ) were personable and very knowledgeable about garage doors...they answered all my questions. They also gave me some helpful hints on keeping my garage door in good working condition. They arrived earlier than expected (they called first to make sure it was okay), which I appreciated, rather than waiting around all day!!

I was very impressed with Mike's professional and friendly manner. Mike took the time to educate this 1st time homeowner on how to care for the garage door, what to look for and when it would be time to call a technician.
