Our garage door opener was not installed today, but the tech told me what needed to be done before the install and was very informative on what needed to be done. He was an immense help and I plan too have an electrician re-route wiring that was in the way as he was not legally able to do. We needed a LISENCED ELECTRICIAN for the small wiring job. A great informed tech and was curtious. I plan to call and re-schedual the install with him as soon as next week.

Your large ad provided an immediate response from friendly local staff and they were efficientat the service. Plus, I received a 5 year warranty. However, I only wished I would have received a better discount for buying all that was offered. I only had one broken spring. A second spring and a bearings were also installed.

18 hours after discovering my broken garage door spring, I have a fully operating door with all new parts and it looks/sounds a million times better. In addition, I learned way more than I ever expected about garage doors and their upkeep!!! Stu was very patient with explaining it all to me and then my husband again when I called him to discuss options. He showed me all the old parts/issues and how to take care of the new rollers and door overall. He checked the whole system out and even took a look at the other door "since he was there" just to make sure it was all good to go too! No one likes to have an issue but I love that we found a great new ally to add to our phonebook for when those unexpected problems do show up.
