Call Saturday at 8:30am and they were there at 10:30am. Replaced the broken spring, bearings and door rollers in under 2 hours. He explained and showed me the old and new parts, warranties and maintenance to prolong the life of my garage door. GREAT JOB at Fair price!! Will be using you from now on.

Our garage door opener was not installed today, but the tech told me what needed to be done before the install and was very informative on what needed to be done. He was an immense help and I plan too have an electrician re-route wiring that was in the way as he was not legally able to do. We needed a LISENCED ELECTRICIAN for the small wiring job. A great informed tech and was curtious. I plan to call and re-schedual the install with him as soon as next week.

Your large ad provided an immediate response from friendly local staff and they were efficientat the service. Plus, I received a 5 year warranty. However, I only wished I would have received a better discount for buying all that was offered. I only had one broken spring. A second spring and a bearings were also installed.

They also gave me some helpful hints on keeping my garage door in good working condition. Mike took the time to educate this 1st time homeowner on how to care for the garage door, what to look for and when it would be time to call a technician. It was a very cold evening and I would think I was his last job for the day and wanting to get home, but he took his time. I give him a BIG pat on the back for the GREAT job.
